Well, seeing as my "Council" is all inactive other than assassinator i am considering creating forum apps for the group now. Seeing as people that want to join, cant because they are unable to meet these people.
Whats your views on this?
It would get rid of our originality however.
And of course i wont just let anyone in.

Applications should be easy, going from Rookie to Exp wouldnt be though, the app is a "Your our homie", the Rookie to Experienced is "Your our brother"...if you get what I mean, ofcourse if they come in, all Stalker flagged up then I guess it'd be harder, I dunno...Applications are a good, and bad idea...have a strict punishment system? I dunno.

One thing that would be good to do, is have a app "Process". Such as stages.
Test them sorta thing.
This is all in consideration just to get The Sanctioned Very active.
We need to be getting more Members, currently two Bandit groups being made as you can see, aswell. I think the Applications should be acceptance into a Trial Period within the Sanctioned, if they mess up 3 Times they are removed...not from being a "Loner" just the Sancts', it could work on a 3 Strike system, Example: Bob Vadayan has robbed a Loner of his money, ammo and weapon. Instant 1/2 marks on his reputation, hes told what he did wrong, where he did it wrong, how he can improve and he is then told to apologise to that Loner and return his equipment ICly ofcourse.
Serious cases such as killing a Loner will be dealt with, with instant removal...hows that sound?

Aye it sort of also enforces loner reputation on a whole, which i think is of worthy subject.
I will make an app, and discuss with a few of you ideas for "Trial" periods.
I Dont like the idea of Applications. I really dislike it actually, try keep it ingame and get a couple of new councilmembers or something. Zarrick would be a good one <_<

The app wouldnt be auto entry, it would put you onto a Associates list, to ensure you are tested by any Sanctioned members.
It would be like a 3 stage thing, first you submit your app, then youll be tested on various things, one pull up means your gone
I think we should go with that, three stages...Application, Testing and then acceptance.

GROUP DECISION.
I support it, we need more members (WHOS ACTIVE). But yeah, there should be some kind of a stage system, like apply, do this, prove, and etc.etc.etc.
Do want, it'd be good for the Member count PLUS for any possible future incidents where we are in certain situations were we need to know who is what IC and maybe OOC to avoid problems, who is a problem...who isnt if you get what I mean, n' stuff. I support.
I agree with the application, it'd help us see who WANTS to join so we can pay more attention to them, as you said, put them on "trial stance".
So i have a few trial ideas in mind, but i want to hear youres first, its gonna be 3 stage starting with the app.

Trial ideas, hmm...I cant think of many...I dont know kill a Bandit? Assist the Sancts in "Operations", assist Loners althogether? I gave alot of Loners equipment on Overkill, I still do...just a Makarov or Kabar. Or MP5 if I have it spare.
Not much else I can think of.
I've been reading most of these posts, and I know I've been inactive, but for good reason. Well, actually, it's not for good reason. I've been playing Mass Effect 2 alot, and I love it. :). Anyways, I'll be on more often in a bit, also, applications...may work.....but I'm not sure. I don't like the warnings, it should be if you get in, you have to follow the code. If one of ours would turn their back on a Loner, they're out of The Sanctioned, and if the magnitude of the offence is harsh enough, they're enemy. No warnings for that, we protect and teach Loners, not take future bandits and murderers in.
I say Warnings because we've come this far, we dont want the Loners activeness and the Sancts activeness being ruined by a couple of people in a group, AKA people that had no sort of Warning system destroying our good rep. I'd MUCH prefer to have a warning system...that way we can keep track of who is "Failing" and who isnt, besides...we dont want mofos that cause trouble in here, do we?
There are pros and cons to each side, tho i agree with both Zarricks opinion and Zombies, i think there should be different levels of warnings, for example murdering another loner: OUT.
But minor offences, should just effect ones respect, which brings me to suggest another add on to the applications...Respect levels? For example "Overkill" (10) The number indicating a respect level?
The higher the better.
I agree with a general respect level on the roster near the names, according to how well they are doing in the group. Although it might be a pain to manage and would best just be as a "karma" level? In the sense of doing bad things, when they reach 0 their exiled, etc?

My only problem with the Respect level is that it makes us sound like a gang that buggers dem' hoes up, not a Loner group xD Anyway...other than that its really only up to you lot, your the "Council" or whatever you want to say.

In the Sanctioned... Everyone makes the OOC decisions.
Do want....TBH I dont know which to decide on, either sounds effective for the situation that we're in.
