Punishable by a fine or jail time? Guy went to jail for 5 years I believe. Not confirmed.

Honestly, I see nothing wrong with it. That is my opinion though, I am open to others. It harms no one, but I am not saying it should go unpunished, cause some might find mass offense. Should be punishable by a $200+ fine. The fine grows as the charges.

Doing it in public is stupid, it shouldn't be allowed, we live in a responsible, humane society, if that goes legal, all kinds of weird shit could happen, like taking a shit in public..... WTF?

Here is a example.
