I left because you were inactive and you never really came on, and the only time I saw you on after I resigned was on some other character, other than Omega.
Plus you only do anything when either A) Complaining is done, B) Flaming, or C) You lose people, you then say you'll get active and you never do.

I've been on every day for the past week, after playing Xbox with my friends for a week.
Honestly, you haven't been doing your duties as a leader of a faction, and perhaps someone else will be better fitting to that position. You might have been on everyday, but when? When the server is empty, for half an hour at most, and even then, were you on your dutier? Sorry pistol, its nothing personal, but I think duty deserves better than this.
I'm still here, I'm just having problems with my computer. Let's try not to start a flame war here...
Guys don't beat up on Pistol. Running a faction is hard and he wouldn't have been given the position had he not been qualified. It's not fair to him that he is being flamed and ganged up on.
Okay, you're right Paintcheck, no more flaming, BUT, I would like to restate in a more calm manner, that I believe that someone should replace pistol. If anyone agrees with me, feel free to step up with me. That is all.

I was on just a few hours ago. I saw you. Hurr durr. And have I not been accepting applications, editing the roster, and at least TRYING to pull this together? Again, it's not me, it's the fact that most of the people on the roster are never there. It would also help if the server didn't crash every hour, so we could at least keep the population on. You haven't been monitoring DUTY very closely for what I'm seeing here.
Plus, people are afraid to step up. I never receive any suggestions for anything whatsoever. People leave without warning, or even saying if anything's wrong. I can't fix what people aren't telling me.

And Paintcheck, I think Pistol is leader because he was 2IC before Cobra left, it makes sense, so basically the command just moved up and Pistol was auto-leader.
Here is a Suggestion. Ask the active Duty members who have been on and who havent for that 4-6-8-10 day rule with 4 halfhours a week. They can give you the answer who has been on and who havent.
I believe Swat [RUS], Chaos, [UN] Stalker, Dug and Me. Are on pretty much every day. Most of us if not all arent officers. I believe that is why the other people might have left, its not being that we dont have 2-3 players on. Its that we never get an officer to play. Except from Ganendor who most think as leader for the plain reason that he is maybe one of the only officer actually being online on a regular basis and taking a large initiative in the facion. Sure you are checking roster. Sure you are supporting via forums. But maybe get a mangement-post like Colonel and take care of the Forum-Management itself. And let someone new try out as leader. Like. You are still the President of Duty while another guy will be the General.

Same with us, Me, Pimp, Crimzon and Pox were on all day without Officers, and then when we became officers, we became inactive and left, kind of little circle we have going thar, rite rite?
Like I said in my letter, dont waste your time, because A) It'll take a month for you to get promoted, and B) When you get to Officer, there'll be no soldiers to Officer and you'll eventually leave, and dont say you wont, becuase I didnt think I was going to leave either.
Look. All im saying is that when Pistol comes on for his weekly halfhour inspection his either on another character or walks mindlessly about writing short 1 - 3 word messages like he cant be asked to do anything. Sure it is fine he manages the forums. Sure its fine he checks applications. But we would very much like to RP with our leader.
Interrogation of some poor Freedomer. Giving out Commodations for good RP or IC reasons. And all that other crap that a Leader is supposed to do. Then he may be able to pass it on to most of the officers who arent here either and then they might say their other characters are more fun or the soldiers could take more initiative. Sure, could be other characters are more fun. But they would have to get on for the 2 hours a week on their dutyer which none of them did. I mean you make it look bad but lets face it, two of the three people who left were never on their character and the third left becaouse the two most inactive officers were the backbone of Duty? (COMEON) No they were not. The backbone of Duty are the Soldiers. It have been for most of the time and i believe it will be for some time in the future. About Initiative, there are a couple of regular troops who usually take a kind of leadership while the officers arent here.

Oh he is active. But like you were on Gmod without being on your character his on steam without being in Gmod. He just doesnt seem to be asked or is too busy or thinks other games are more fun. Look im just saying the reason the officers went inactive was becaouse he didnt follow his own rules.

The times when I werent on my character, was basically the seed of inactivty being planted, I found a better group, a better member base and made new friends, on quite frankly, a more fun to play character.
Pistol is never on STEAM from what I see, if he is, he goes on, the server crashs and he cba to go back on, meh.
Nikolaz, I for some reason think Monolith is going to be better this time around with Zero as leader, so try making it there instead of here were Fail seems to have unfortuantly planted itself.
*Off-Topic* Zarrick. Wtf..... Look, i give Zero my full support and im sure Monolith will get great. But it will have to be without me. I want to improve Duty and i see a bit more potential in Duty giving it my full aid to help it get up running than joining Monolith. Really.

Yes, and like me all you will be rewarded with is bugger all, and inactiveness, I'm sorry to say it, but its truth, and like I have said for fourth or so time, you are wasting your time. If you are going to waste your time then thats fine by me Nikolaz, me, and the other officers and old members of DUTY should be an example, if Duty was so good, why did we leave? You may be right that the "Officers" are inactive but Technically we only have two Officers and one of them are working his arse off in game and the other is doing what he can on the forums. I have a battlefield 2 : project reality clan and I am dedicated to them so , I need to spend some more time there , but I will remain active in stalker rp too, just these few days we have been having trainings.
Right to clear all this bullshit up. Pistol is inactive for a reason, he is BUSY for a reason. He promoted me, so i could do the work he can't when he's BUSY. Pistol is an excellent leader and shouldn't be disrespected as he is.
On another note, i'll do my best to help pull DUTY up to standards, and i dont want to see anymore posts complaining about Pistol. And i'm locking this.
