Leon had a relatively poor life in Kiev. Despite the circumstances he wished to go to college and earn a degree. When he was little he had a three-month-old puppy who became sick. His family did not have the money to send the dog to a veterinarian so he had to be put down. From that moment on he planned to be a vet so that he could save the dogs that needed his help badly. He was little so he didn't understand that they might not be able to pay him, as well.
Even though his play was to become a vet, the idea was quickly lost in his teen years as he began to study science. He became fascinated with cells and anatomy. He spent much of his extra time reading more and more about cells and their chemical properties. When he finished school he had already read enough for him to easily pass his first year of bio-chemistry in college. He was determined to pursue this path of scientific study in life.
After graduating from his university Lean searched for an interesting job. He thought of of studying something that was rarely seen or even captured. He instantly imagined studying a colossal squid, even though they were yet to have been captured and studied intact. He set off on this goal and made good progress over the years. Although he always had this nagging feeling of studying the irradiated area of the Zone. Leon was young at the time and thought the area to be too dangerous for a scientist such as himself and continued with his own research.
As time went by and Lean grew older, he decided he had to do something great and adventurous before he became too old. He decided to go and study the Zone and thought of the easiest way to get in. He had heard about the government scientists that were sent to study the area and although he disliked the idea of working for the government, his desire for adventure and scientific discoveries pushed him forward to enlist for the government.

Ross had a big interest in Science, and enjoyed the research of rocks, and other types of materials. When Ross was walking home from a research project he was conducting, A oldern looking Russian truck drove up to the curb, and when no one was looking, two Ukrainian tough guys hopped out of the back and punched Ross in the face, when he was off guard. When Ross awoke, he felt the ground bumping, but he was still in the truck. The truck was on a dirt road, he figured. The truck came to a sudden spot, "Can I see your identification?" a man asked from outside, "Hmm.. Nemerov! Check this guys ID in the database!" the Ukrainian man barked out at the toll booth operator, Waited for confirmation on the ID and then let the truck through. The truck drove another 2 minutes until it reached a garage, and they parked the truck up in it and shut the door. The lights flickered on, and they dragged Ross out by his feet, and onto the rough concrete pavement of the garage. One of the soldiers made a growled noise, and begin to speak slowly and specifically at Ross, "Mr. Scalise, The Ukrainian Government, has strictly enforced us to take you here, and bu all means, recruit you to the Ukrainian Ecologist Team, if you have not heard of this area in Russia yet so called, "The Zone", you will be heading to that area soon after you wrap up some exercises and skills you will learn from the wonderful Professor Star, He will guide you through this, and as a gift, you will not be seeing your mother or family for a very long time, my friend. That is all, get your ass off my garage floor and go through those doors, and to the left. Professor Star's office is right there." Ross stood up and followed the soldiers instructions, holding back tears that he was not able to see his mother before he left, but he knew he would get over it. Boris was arrested and shot, and Greg, in return for his life, was hired to stop the spread of the viral infection. Confused, Greg started gathering his mentours work and documents, and began working on a solution.

Reimund Dresner was born in Munich, Germany on February 20, 1976. He showed skills beyond his years, even in the lowest of levels. He showed advanced comprehension of normal everyday objects. At the age of 6, he was disassembling objects all about the house, then categorizing them by shape, size, and color. It wasn't until 7 that he understood how to actually put all the things back together, however. He graduated at the near-top of his class, coming in at 10th. This was due to his poor vision, making him unable to read as well as he could, coupled with the fact that his parents were unable to afford proper glasses or contacts. Personal Notes: I studied for 6 years at the Russian State Medical University, before deploying myself into challenging and tough areas of possible work. I began my practice in third-world countries, but returned home due to a virus that I caught (and overcame.). I ventured out into the zone, looking for the 'mutated diseases' i had heard so little about, yet yearned so much to witness. Sure enough when I arrived, I saw plenty of mutation. I dared not go anywhere near them, and hid inside a nearby bunker.
As it was, the bunker belonged to a dedicated group of ecologists, who allowed me to stay in the "fortress" of kinds. I chatted with a Professor for a good three hours, as he awaited the return of a field researcher. We spoke on the radioactivity levels in the zone, and the immense knownledge that could be attained if only we could properly study anomalies in relative safety. These and many other things we pondered for many good hours, before the Field Researcher returned.
I left the bunker, only to return many times, hoping to aquire new knowledge on the environment within the cordon.
From those days on, I wondered the zone, hoping and wishing that one day it would be my field of research.

Vadim was a normal child in the beginning of his life, Vadim worked hard in school and eventually got mixed up being a Astrophysicist for money, well It was his hobbie. He was living the good rich and wealthy life until his best friend Oscar was killed and robbed by a hit man, Vadim knew that he couldn't remain in Russia, As he would most likely be the next one hunted down So he took all the money he could and went to the nearest place which was The Zone.
The first thing Vadim did was figure out how much cash he had and found a place to stay at
He had 2,500 RU with him, and with 2000 RU Vadim bought some Guards to protect him in the Zone, just in case the hit man finds out that hes hiding out at the zone.
Reaching the Zone was hard, and it turns out the Guards were not too good. After several days of hiding, The Loners Vadim had hired, Held him at gun point and robbed the rest of his 500 RU leaving him there with nothing.
He then figure'd he could easily get a job with the Ecologist's and make some decent money. He was really interested in the Ecologist, because He is smart

Born during the cold war, Boris lived in Saint Petersburg with his family. His father, Dmitri Kuznetsov was an ironmonger, working long hours of the week. His mother had raised him at home, in a four-story apartment building. They lived in partial poverty, with leakage through the ceiling and no electricity. His younger sister, Anna, had died of pneumonia when he was 14. She had already come down with a fever that reacted towards the extreme winters, and without a proper heating system, she was gone.
They buried little Anna in February. At that point in time, Boris was exiting the 8th grade when his father sent him and his mother to Moscow. He spent his last dime to put them on a train. Here, his mother Lara, began to audition for acting roles at the local theater. She was successful to get a part. However, it was not enough. At the rate she was going, Boris would not be able to go to a good college.
Then came the advertisement: "Pride and Country: Civil Service meets Military Service". If Boris were to join the Red Army, they would pay for his education. His mother saw no other way, and his father was all-approving. At age 18, Boris entered a recruiting office and began signing papers for his instatement. He was sent to boot camp in the Tiaga carniferous forest where he gained a passion for nature.
He began his studies in the fall of 1990. He studied to be a botanist at the Moscow Agricultural Academy, which gave him his first bachelors degree in 1994, after the Soviet Union collapsed. His military contract had been resigned. In 1997, he acquired an internship in the outer region of Kharkiv. There, he was to study the changes in wildlife, particularly flora and fungus. Most of the vegetation had been destroyed by the fallout. New discoveries were made with plants that had survived. It was here that he tested the use of chemical agents including affected plant particles as anti-flame material.
The army was going to contract him expertise in 2000, but decided not to due to lack of funding in that area of science. Boris went on to gain more knowledge on the study of the earth in Kharkiv. In 2004, he returned to his old home in Saint Petersburg, to attend his father's funeral: dying at age 52. It was then that he took a long break from science so that he could spend time with his mother. She was doing quite well for herself in the big city.
In 2006, the reactor had erupted a second time in Kharkiv. He wanted to return to the area, and even more, venture into the Zone. But the military was not allowing access on the main roads. Boris was disheartened, now. The biggest moment of his entire career could picked up. He thought about venturing into the Zone illegally. He knew some friends from back in the old USSR that could help him. Then, he thought. It would be stupid to do such a rash thing and get ones self killed out there. So he waited, finishing up his masters in Geology.
In 2013, he got the call. The government was funding an operation into the Zone, and Boris was requested to be shipped back in...
Other Comments: Boris Kuznetsov is a very intelligent individual, experienced with all sorts of life. He has travelled within 50km of the Zone, and knows a good deal about radiation and what it does. He can tell you a great deal of information about natural disasters and how to begin analyzing. His vague experience with firearms is enough to protect himself, but would require a stalker to help. Anomalies aren't exactly his specialty. However, he can track where anomalies are located by studying the environment.

Personal Notes: When I was a child I always watched those Indiana Jones movies and told myself that I want to be like him. Since he has adventure and action at the same time and gets to learn from different parts of the world.
So when I reached the point I had to choose whether to be a Grunt or a Scientist I choose Science because I find learning and knowledge is the best reward a person could ever receive. So I studied at Thomas Edison since they offered really good choices for people like me. I resorted to science and not bullets.
When I graduated it was hard to find a job so I asked around. Then I heard about the Chernobyl NPP incident. So I wanted to check that place out. So I gathered what money I got from my savings then I joined a scientific expedition to venture into the zone. When I arrived there I was called a STALKER by one of the guys that dropped us off. I wonder what the meant but I was alone. Then I asked people around if there was any form of organization or group that are like me Scientists. Then one of the STALKER’s in the bar said there are a bunch of “EggHeads” by a place called Yantar. So I asked around where was Yantar located and one of the “STALKER’s” pointed where it was located. Then I arrived at a Mobile Lab with happiness knowing that at least there are people like me in the area. So I went in asked around then one of the Science team members said they needed help so I offered my help to them and applied to join there organization.

Vasily was born in Uzhhorod, Ukraine on the border next to Slovakia. He was raised there with his mother and father until he was 10 years old. His family was living in a small apartment during their time in Uzhhorod, while Vasily's mother would stay home during the day and Vasily's father was the manager of a local branch of Koopinvestbank Ltd. Once Vasily was around the age of 10, Vasily's parents had decided that, considering Vasily's grandparent and aunts and uncles lived in Kiev, it would be best that they moved to Kiev so they could be closer to family and they could buy a bigger home in Kiev. By Vasily's 11th birthday he was living in a home of his own, no more tight, small apartment life for him. Vasily's father had transfered to a different branch in Kiev where he retained a high ranking status among the Bank and still recieved very good pay. Vasily's mother had decided she had wanted to do something in terms of a profession, considering Vasily was getting older and did not have to be looked after as much during the day, so she decided to become an elementary school teacher, a job she had before Vasily was born. On the weekends Vasily loved going outside and travelling to the park, he had always loved animals, plants and nature in general. Vasily would spend hours on end just examing the wildlife at the park. By the time Vasily turned 13, he had already been to the Kiev Zoo many times, it was by this age that Vasily knew he wanted to pursue nature as apart of his career later in life. His parents had always approved of their son's interests and gave him great support through his childhood and teenage years. In 2003, when Vasily was 18 years old he quickly enrolled in Kiev University, studying Biology and Botany. One could say that Vasily had always been a naturalist but now Vasily knew for certain. Among the branches of Biology Vasily heavily focused on Evolutionary Biology, studying the works of Charles Darwin, Thomas Henry Huxley, Ronald Fisher, Theodosius Dobzhansky, John Maynard Smith and Richard Dawkins among other intellecutal brights on the subject. He quickly became fascinated with it and eventually recieved his P.h.D in Evolutionary Biology along with his Masters in Botany.
It is now May 23, 2012, and Vasily has a huge interest in "The Zone", more specifically Vasily is intrigued by the scientific wonders that could be discovered in the Zone. Naturally, Vasily joins up with a research team, funded by Military research grants, and heads off for the first time into the Zone. Among his team, he is quite young, only being 27 years of age, however his team saw his potential during his interview to join, and knew that they could use an evolutionary biologist on their team as they did not have anyone specializing in that field at the time. Vasily is very curious of how the "mutants" of the Zone have or may evolve over time, and how natural selection plays a part on their traits, and also how the Zone can sustain such life with it's level of radiation and anomalies. Vasily and his team would be able to get their hands on corpses from bloodsuckers to snorks to understand, by studying the DNA composition among other things, how the incident at the Chernobyl NPP could cause mutations in the genes of humans to create such mutants. Overall, the Zone is filled with scientific discoveries waiting to be unearthed, and Vasily knew he had to be apart of it.

Janas parents were really proud when they heard that. They asked her if she wants to go on school ,she said yes.
She really tought different of the highschool. She tought the most people would be intelligent there , but some were real idiots , she only had two friends there ,and those were her roommates. And even if some of her classmates were idiots ,she kept on beeing good in biology. The teachers suggested that she should get a job with biology. That's what she wanted to hear ,but everything normal was boring to her , so she decided that she wants to study Radiobiology, since radiation makes the nature go crazy and always makes it spit out new things. After the highschool she got her PhD in Radiobiology.
She heard about Chernobyl alot and she always wanted to go there since there's no better chance to see how radiation changes the nature than in a big radiated area.
She started reading books about Chernobyl and became more and more interested in it. Her teacher had good contacts in the Ukraine , but he said Jana shouldn't go there since it is very dangerous. My parents say from a very young age I showed an interest in Radiation Biology and other things related to radioactive testing. I graduated high school at the age of 16, went directly to college. As the American's said, I received a free "Ride" to Harvard Medical, in which I spent 8 years earning my four degrees, in which time I learned perfect English. I remember the second accident of Chernobyl.. The Zone opening, and me knowing what I wanted too do with my degrees. What I wish too do is work inside of the Zone on specimens and artifacts in my hope to find cures for diseases that are presently un-curable, such as cancer. My hope is not fame an fortune but instead too find hopeful cures for the suffering of the people of the world. My belief is that the artifacts and other things found within the Zone may have the properties too cure these people of there diseases if we can find a way to combine certain artifacts and possibly eliminate the side effects, such as weak cells. His family was living in a small apartment during their time in Uzhhorod, while Vasily's mother would stay home during the day and Vasily's father was the manager of a local branch of Koopinvestbank Ltd. Once Vasily was around the age of 10, Vasily's parents had decided that, considering Vasily's grandparent and aunts and uncles lived in Kiev, it would be best that they moved to Kiev so they could be closer to family and they could buy a bigger home in Kiev. By Vasily's 11th birthday he was living in a home of his own, no more tight, small apartment life for him. Vasily's father had transfered to a different branch in Kiev where he retained a high ranking status among the Bank and still recieved very good pay. Vasily's mother had decided she had wanted to do something in terms of a profession, considering Vasily was getting older and did not have to be looked after as much during the day, so she decided to become an elementary school teacher, a job she had before Vasily was born. On the weekends Vasily loved going outside and travelling to the park, he had always loved animals, plants and nature in general. Vasily would spend hours on end just examing the wildlife at the park. By the time Vasily turned 13, he had already been to the Kiev Zoo many times, it was by this age that Vasily knew he wanted to pursue nature as apart of his career later in life. His parents had always approved of their son's interests and gave him great support through his childhood and teenage years. In 2003, when Vasily was 18 years old he quickly enrolled in Kiev University, studying Biology and Botany. One could say that Vasily had always been a naturalist but now Vasily knew for certain. Among the branches of Biology Vasily heavily focused on Evolutionary Biology, studying the works of Charles Darwin, Thomas Henry Huxley, Ronald Fisher, Theodosius Dobzhansky, John Maynard Smith and Richard Dawkins among other intellecutal brights on the subject. He quickly became fascinated with it and eventually recieved his P.h.D in Evolutionary Biology along with his Masters in Botany.
It is now May 23, 2012, and Vasily has a huge interest in "The Zone", more specifically Vasily is intrigued by the scientific wonders that could be discovered in the Zone. Naturally, Vasily joins up with a research team, funded by Military research grants, and heads off for the first time into the Zone. Among his team, he is quite young, only being 27 years of age, however his team saw his potential during his interview to join, and knew that they could use an evolutionary biologist on their team as they did not have anyone specializing in that field at the time. Vasily is very curious of how the "mutants" of the Zone have or may evolve over time, and how natural selection plays a part on their traits, and also how the Zone can sustain such life with it's level of radiation and anomalies. Vasily and his team would be able to get their hands on corpses from bloodsuckers to snorks to understand, by studying the DNA composition among other things, how the incident at the Chernobyl NPP could cause mutations in the genes of humans to create such mutants. Overall, the Zone is filled with scientific discoveries waiting to be unearthed, and Vasily knew he had to be apart of it.

Personal Notes: Sydney grew up in New York. Her parents were usually busy and left her alone. That's why she tought about some stuff she could do in the mean time. There were new things on the market called "computers". Her family bought one when they firstly appeared. She wanted to learn more about those things. They seemed really interesting. That's why she sat infront of it all day as a young girl. She didn't play with the computer ,she found out everything she could knew about computers. If she couldn't go on ,she just asked her dad ,if he was at home of course...
After finishing the primary school, her teachers said she had a really high IQ and knew alot about computers, and she wasn't that bad in biology too, but noone knew why. But she knew it. She just had a good memory.... They sent her to the grammar school where she always had good degrees. At home she usually had alot of free time ,her parents never cared if she was sleeping after 11pm or not. She knew she needed to do homework for her life later on ,that's why she always had them. She never cared that they took really long. Sydney knew it would pay out later...
In the grammar school her teachers found out that she wasn't only good at biology and computer-lessons. She was also good at physics. And she loved nuclear physics. And she decided to see the chernobyl reactor atleast once in her life. By accident her physics teacher came from the Ukraine and told her , that she should apply for the Ecologist Team of Kiev. He gave her an adress. But she waited. She wanted to get her P.h.Ds first...
After the grammar school, she went to the Drexel University to study her beloved computers, but the most stuff wasn't really new to her , that's why she got trough it without problems. Even if her parents didn't really care about her ,they always helped her with getting on schools etc.
Now she finally knew everything about her beloved computers. She got the idea to study nuclear physics to have a better chance to get into the Kiev team. Nuclear physics were harder ,but she managed to get trough it too.
And at last she studyed biology, just because her teachers said she should do it , it could help. It wasn't really interesting to her , but she did it too.
To get an even bigger chance, she started to work for an american Ecologist team, but it became boring soon ( after some years ) because there wasn't really something new they could explore in the USA. She left the team and sent her letter of application to the Ecologist team of Kiev. Now she waits for the response.

Daron grew up in Armenia as a kid. He always was always a geoligist as a kid. Coming home everyday with some beutifull looking rock that he would place on his shelf. At school he would be showing off his collection to his classmates. Since these rocks were really different, people were surprised of his findings. When Daron went to highschool he started an after school club called the Yerevan high geoligist society. He gainged 100 members. He was able to take the club on trips to study land forms and mines. Him and his club found a giant geod that was worth 10,000 euros. He donated the money to his club even though he was a senior ready to go to college.
Daron got accepted to Yerevan University so he can become a geoligist. He was able to pass top of his class and got to study around europe studying ackward land forms, showing how they were formed. Later on in life when Daron heard news about these artifacts laying around the zone and how the land in the zone changed like the glowing trees (aka red forest) he surley though maybe he can find something intresting there however the only legal way of going into the zone to study artifacts and the land is either by getting a citizenship and to live in Ukrain for 10 more years and join the military, or he can join the Kiev Zone Anomolous Reaserch Department.
