Who here does it? I sometimes go outside and do sprints for no reason or squats at home. I just love the feeling of feeling strong and feeling healthy.
I do jogging outside and on my treadmill to total about 3 miles a day. I do weights from time to time, but I get bored of it because I have no partner :S.
Do sets of pushups, about 25 to a set, then switch off to just upper-body and do 25. 4-5 sets, ect, ect.
Nothing special, at all. But I tend to avoid Garrys Mod and games in general like the plague now. I need to find a partner.
No muscle mass at all here, I love doing pull ups but I've yet to pick up a pull up bar, the kind you can put on your door. (also I don't have a thing above my door to mount them on sooo...)
I can't lift heavy stuff, or jog for a really long time, but if the weather is good I'll walk several kilometer's to go hang out with a friend.
Meh. Sometime soon, I plan on starting weights and shit.
