Whelp , Ive probably have the swine Flu , i've been sick for a couple of days now.
Its not fun having it , Fevers and headaches constantly becomes a pain in the ass.
The coughing hurts your throat and sleeping doesn't help much.
In Other news , some of you have noticed i haven't been Active.
This is due to my computer.
I am purchasing an Asus next month , It'll come with the new Windows 7.

Take Vitamin C and D.
You need to take vitamin C and D and A in careful portions.
When I was picking up some all around vitamin tablets, there was a professional athlete- personal trainer in the isle shopping as well. I asked him, "Hey buddy, just a quick question. Uhhh, do you know how many of these you take a day, a week?"
Mind you, these were average all-around Vitamin tablets. They're mostly all the same, unless you want a specific vitamin.
He replies, "How old are you?"
"Sixteen"
He replies, "Take TWO A week, no more. If you take any more than 2 a week, you can develop serious osteoporosis conditions over time, and cause an over-iron-intake with progressed time."
This guy knew his shit, trust me. He was a professional trainer, a marathon runner, and hard-core athlete.
But then again, he told me if you're an adult age, you take one a day.
Other than that. The only thing I can suggest is Vitamin C, D, and fish oil. Also guzzle water like a madman.
Im pretty sure i had swine flu the other weak, ive had flu many times before, but it was no way as bad. It's much more powerful, it puts you into a state where you have no energy, complete fatigue, you cannot do anything for yourself, your literally in bed all the time, the first stages, are a headache, and a fever, then it develops over the next two days into a cold and you get a really nasty chest infection.
Took about 2 weeks for all signs to go away, but im still pretty weak because of it atm, im not as strong as i should be (Sucks)

Dont be crazy, you dont die if untreated.
Theres anti biotics for it.
But its generally the weaker people that die.

That's on more servere cases, it's not true 90% of the time.

I don't mean to be rude or mean but that was a pretty ignorant post... Swine flu is only targeting the very young and old the ones with weaker immune systems.. In reality it's no stronger then the actual flu. Hell I had it wasn't too bad at all got rid of it in about three or four days... The news likes to bloat everything and scare people. They rather you have inside being a couch potato rather then living life and knowing people ;-)
Its so boring staying at home , I have nothing to do , and i cant play any games on my computer.
My third day being sick , I hope I am better by tomorrow. I dont wanna miss any school even though I've only missed today...

Whoever gave you that information deserves to be dragged out into the street and shot.
Half of my school has already had Swine Flu and all you do is stay home and drink get lots of fluids.
The reason it's so bad is that it has the potential to mutate into something else like the Avian Flu.
Swine flu is just getting in my area.

Yeah there is this one school nearby who has about 70% of its kids have swine flu so I am kind of like shit.
My area is practically untouched. Lucky me. =V
