HAHA! If you're far away from a sucker, and if that sucker didn't see u... If you shoot it, its still walking, and they not doing anything.. You can easily kill them with a sniper or anything... But these, what devrick did show, These comes in groups... So its a bit harder :D

Yeah, they think, that they are cool, or what, and walks like in the Crazy Man feature from Saints Row 2 :D

Did you see it when the character looked to the sky unresponsive?
Yeah, the blodsucker was drinking his blood.
And the poison came to effect and made him unable to fight back. :)

This is the creators making effective use of the bloodsucker's unique powers and making them into effect into the game.

In other words,
