We got H1N1 pretty rampant down here, course I live in South Texas so that can't really be avoided. Some little girl died because her brain swelled too much and caused aneurysms... sad all together.
I just caught a flu not two days ago and been fighting fevers of one-hundred-one since then. Drinking plenty of fluids and taking Tylenol and DayQuil, along with Sudafed and cough-drops. Helps me a bit but I still get body soreness and stuffy nose. Irony is that I just kicked pnemonia right before I got the flu... couldn't imagine what it would have turned out like if I caught it at the same time, seeing how pnemonia is the worse of the two.
I'd go to the doctor but they're lined up so bad that the next appointment I can get is next day, and that's still a maybe. Also, the medicine they're giving is just the same as most OTC meds but cost terrible amounts, and most insurance companies are refusing to cover them.
Taking my Vitamin C some pure Oxygen with some Colloidal silver water and I am fine all the way.
