Well. In-Game request only joining is gonna be tough, and to get the faction started i wanna do OOC reuqest, apps.

even though i say impossible to request to join in the info, doesnt mean impossible to apply OOC, just means we would have to find the character you applied upon acepting it, and requesting you.

What do you think guys? just to get the initial members?

well there building up from being wiped out. so Icly no one knows about them.....yet

I usually suggest going with an IC application as an OOC application doesn't really show their RP skills.

Have them PM you asking you to watch their RP?
