Still very much work in progress, i am using the moderntopia gamemode as a base to start as it has some good functions.

I didn't play this server yet, but I got an idea. Some of the best RP servers in SA-MP make you register through the forums. In other words, instead of joining the server and it says "Do /register
to register in this server." It will say " Go to http://www.hypergamer.net/board/index.php (http://www.hypergamer.net/board/index.php) to register your account." It will also bring more new people to the forums, maybe get involved more in the community. But that's just an idea, you don't need to do it if you don't like it.
