Corporal Krystal Mertz: Hex Stukov was recently hunted down and killed, with assistance from professor Pavlov. A stalker named "Man" was the one who pulled the trigger on him. The same stalker who informed us about Hex's....association.
The bounty has been boosted to 90,000 rubles by an unknown source. It seems others want her and her friends dead as well. This "Plague" is now fair game, and open to anyone who wishes to kill her. I am still confident that the Military will be able to deal with her with ease.
