Don't know if this has been suggested before but, Oh well.
To start off with, These are IDEAS which I think will contribute to a fuller roleplay.
Pickpocketing: A short intro.
In relations to the 'Unconscious' suggestion, Pickpocketing someone while their unconscious would mean that they don't have to respawn at the start of the map, They just lose their stuff and stay where they are. Then you could 'jail' someone, And take their stuff. Or maroon someone.
Lockpicking: Owned doors got owned.
Well, Using the whole 'buy door' concept, We could buy lockpicks from Bandits or Traders. This would mean that we could break into places undefined, Use the above mentioned skill to take their stuff, And then lock the door behind you. Inevitabliy trapping someone in their own house.
Water: Irradiated ways to reach islands.
Water can be used for many things, but what I am pointing out here is that with IRRADIATED and NON-IRRADIATED water, It could prevent lower tier players from reaching and theiving from bases. It would also add another 'EVIL' aspect to the game with the use of islands. Marooning people! Don't you wish that guy who stoke you makarov would go to hell? Use the below mentioned SWEP and maroon them on an island surrounded by water! (If they want, They can kill themselves.)
Blackjacks: Jack Black, Be fat.
Ever wondered if you can knock someone unconcious without killing them, Then steal their body to molest in your cupboard? Here's the SWEP for you! If this were included, Major factions could imprison retards for say... A minute? Similar to the DarkRP aspects. We could then have jails for PKers so that admins wouldn't have to cuss them out, Or ban them, They could give them a lower-class 'Infraction' by jailing them for a while, Dependant on the crime.

Okay guys, I know im new, I know I do not fully grasp the concept at which you are trying to provide to the public. But conceptualize this, Just for a moment, And I know some of you will have an inkling. Some part of you wants this to happen.

You need to modify the map in order to make irradiated water work. Ie: Make a block with the trigger texture over the water, make it a func_triggerhurt, and mess around with the values.
We used to have a pick pocket script and it caused lot's o' DM.
I support part of KO and LockPick , Because sucks i can buy door to S1 , S2 and S3 lock everyone in S1 and walk around "LOLOLOLOLOLOL Locked you guyz".
KO is good instead of killing person or making them just follow you , you could KO them so people from distance know that you are carrying a passed out person.
The resit is NO SUPPORT

STALKER RP is not DarkRP. The jail idea makes no sense at all and people RP being knocked out fine without a SWEP.
We already have picklocking.
I don't understand why you would use the black jack on PKers to jail them. Why does PKing someone warrant a cuss out/ban/ooc jail time? People need to stop seeing PKs as punishments and instead see them as epic roleplay opportunities.
Irradiated water needs to be done in the map so it would be hard to add without a new map version.
Pickpoketing is stupid. Paychecks and what not take so long these days that giving people a way to steal what people have spent hours in the server earning seems liek a surefire way to cause rage quits.

I know that Lockpicking needs to be changed and Pickpocketing will cause alot of RDM and loss of money so yeah...
Pick pocket needs to be very hard, and with severe consequences, like they fail the person being pickpocketed will see "YOU ARE BEING PICKPOCKETED"

I guess i need to reassign them so it doesn't do that anymore... and you can pretty much lockpick any door you want anyway. In RAD 2, stats will govern how fast, and your chance of picking the lock.
You should add a VGUI that shows the lock picking process.
