I put his in general because I didnt know where to put it. Move it if its in the wrong place.
Just today, my Steam account got hjacked by some person. I warn you this, DO NOT click on the link that Neocl22 sends you, it is not me, and if you do, you will be hjacked too. I already sent a ticket to Steam, just hoping that the guy doesnt get VAC banned.
That sucks. Happened to my friend on steam... So if you just CLICK it your account is as good as gone? Even without putting in info like your password?
I would think so....but the site itself looks exactly like a normal steam community sign in.
And Warning do Not Accept Any Weird Random Friend Request. Theres some code that sends out and they can fuck you up just by you accepting the friendrequest :<
Ya, I just hope I can get the account back before the guy gets it VAC banned...

Yep you know it, some 16 year old kid managed to upload a malicious code for fraud into the servers of a multi millionaire company for an account with games on most certainly.
Theres always ways around that crap, but it was probably just a fake login page that you click, enter your details in, and poof !
Only idiots fall for that crap, besides, why the fuck would you click a link you don't even trust...

Yes, that happened to ONE of his accounts (not his main account)... And his name isn't even Deet anymore, he changes it about once every 2 hours.
Fixed, account has been recovered.
Once mine was jacked, tip, act Fast!
nice bump, asshat
ya i got hijacked 6 monts ago, all 150 of my friends got deleted D:
thats sucks, i mean you put so much ,money into it just to get it stolen
Well thats fucked up.
Yeah, do not accept any random friend invites from Neoci or something, because I heard it sends a code straight to your harddrive, jacks your STEAM account, Jacks all your personal information and thier half on thier way to hijacking your Bank Account or whatever other shit that would really mean alot to you. So, I suggest you don't xD just to be safe.
It's going to be a sad day when people are gonna be too scared to go on the internet because of jackasses and their viruses.
o-o-o-one month necro-o-o-o-o
I'm getting messages from random people saying steam has a deal going on. Firefox told me it was a phishing site, and I looked closely and noticed it wasn't the steam website... Watch out for that.

If your quick, you can report this to steam over the steam support, open a ticket, and hopefully get it back, you just have to give them some evidence, although data will be stored from before, they keep track of all the email address's and previous data you used before you changed it for references like this.
You will get it back... but the faster the better.. People mostly phish accounts to use them to test out hacks.
