I thought I would get the ball rolling and started to clear out an area and build a small village not too far from spawn. It's at (276, 244) and if you guys want to, go ahead and build a house or clear some more woods. Preferably, once things take shape. I would suggest that everyone just take a job that is actually needed in the village (we don't need like 5 guards) and just loosely stick to it.
