I've been infected with rogue anti-virus, apparently I have been infected with it before, and in turn my computer broke and had to fix it and spend 2 weeks and 400$ to fix it, Right now I could use advice if anyone can provide.
Try and install a antivirus, dl it from the internet, if your using vista/xp then try scanning with windows defender.
If you are unable to download antivirus software, go onto another computer and download it, and transfer it to yours via usb drive or disc, then install it, and hopefully it will find it and get rid of it.
If that does not work, you have a blood hound in there also (Pins you down like a whore and rapes you)

Try scanning with everything you have, try identifing what virus it is, and then search for solutions on the internet.
Also.. STOP BEING RETARDED AND DOWNLOADING FILES YOU DONT TRUST OFF THE INTERNET FROM BAD SITES, DUM RETARDED FRIENDS AND BAD SERVERS.
They are the main reasons why anyone gets a virus these days, i have not had a virus for over two years, and i dont have a anti virus installed, because i know what i am doing, all i have is Windows Defender and Windows Firewall, thats all you really need, oh that and half a brain.
That being said, Microsoft are releasing their own Antivirus soon, so congrats to them, no more bullshit from fake companies wanting you to buy their software, or rich bastards wanting to grab money from you.
I hope you fix it soon Zero, dont be so silly next time kiddo, also, wrong section....
If you are unable to remove the virus though anti virus or similar means, try MalawareBytes Anti-Malware. I have yet to see a virus stand up to it. Be careful when using it however because it can be used to delete things that aren't viruses. Just make sure you use it to delete the right file (it sounds like you know the name of the file you need to kill)
