Hey, I'm new to SRP, but not to roleplaying itself. I am experienced in roleplaying and mapping, and I want to have permission to decompile and edit the current map (salvation or whatever) because in my opinion, it looks absolutely terrible and could use a makeover, for I believe that the map makes the gamemode. So I am asking for permission to decompile/edit the map, and submit it for use on the server.
Well first of all, the map's VMF is missing, and you should apply in our development section located at

Just about everyone hates the terrain, myself included.
The .vmf isn't missing, I have it as of right now.
You're going to have to show a lot of previous work and be here for longer.

I can show you some of my work, no problem, I'm mapping for a mod called Prison-Island right now.
But I probably won't be active on the forums alot, because of mod concept meetings lately. :/
I play on the server a bit every day (~ 1-3 hrs a day). And I have a program where I dont need the .vmf.
it takes the .bsp and makes it into a readable .vmf for hammer. If you want to see some of my work, just tell me. :D

You mean a BSP Decompiler, aka Vmex, you need consent from us, or its illegal to do so, and it doesn't take one minute to post around 10 posts here.

You need to go fill out a Developer App, so we can get some background on you, you may attach your portfolio to that.
