Drug Dealers and or gang related things:Deal Drugs that could have differnt effects like healing or other effects...
They would be important in gangs for makeing money.....This is not only about drugdealers but gang members and there gang.there will be lots of gangs most likely and other factions may help them in there crimnal acts or may not.
  They relay on makeing money from other gangs and the general population. They may help eneimes to Salavation rp in selling them guns and other things or it may be the other way around

COURT SYSTEM(or SCS>(Salvation court system)

Will operate like a court system to settle things like a sentence for a criminal or other things like who owned the house first and other such things....Also there could be a sueing system for citizens.(of course it would have to be a good reason.)

Prostitue:They offer sex which will add a bonus to a player who adcepts inture the hoe gets money. Of course the sex would offer some kind of bonus so people actually adcept it..

Shopkepper or trader or gundealers :Shopkeeppers and traders will offer certain products and other items for consumers. Also Gundealers can be decide able but the buyer must have a bill that he is aloud to have the gun and the gundealer must have one also. Otherwise he would be a criminal armsdealer. Which could help fund a gang also.

The Science industry: Makeing and testing new chemicals and messing with viruses. These guys can make certain special medicine to sell to the Hospitals and also make chemicals to sell to crimnals. So there is a good and bad side to the science industry. Also they could make certain things to help players or change them.(also Doctors can do plastic surgery..AKA..Change skin).
(I know your thinking about.OMG ZOMBIES WE SHOULD MAKE ZOMBIES..that could happen in there testing)They test alot also and may need subjects to test on..You could voulnteer,or they might make you.

Pets:Pets will be a very important thing in rp..They can help people..Protect people..Give people company..usally sold my pet stores..(players can chose to be a stray or a normal pet) also there is a good side to this they can be used for good things,Also there is wild animals you can be but beware other players can hunt you(humans can hunt you and also other animals dependingon what they are)Also there is a dark side.Certain animials cant be sold as pets but some people will for lot sof money but this is illegal.Also there is hosted fights between these animals).

Army: The army will help with certain situations. There could be a enemy threating the town and local police need help..The army will help

Drivers: They could be hauling items good or illegal..Driveing a helicopter..Driveing a boat or a car.Drivers will help citizens and other personal criminal and arm or police alike.(citizens can take a test to see if they can drive icly>occly they must apply)

Terrorist or enemys: Certain people may be considered enemys to Salvation city and may work int here own town or may be just higer criminals but are considered enemys to salvation city.

Citizens: The main backbone of Salvation. They help keep the city alive.

Working Industrys: Other industrys like logging,music, makeing certain materials..May help give shopkeeppers what they need to get there business going.

Fire department:Helping stop fire and other situations

Medical department: Helping with medical emergencys and other situations. Also may provide surgery.

They are one of the most important of the citys people. They can run the city differntly and depending on who leads laws may be changed.

I was thinking we could have actual congressman and senators and mayors make the laws of the city and if the players oppose the laws they can hire hitmen to take them out which will force the senators and such to buy security services from company's! Or SWAT protection..

Yeah that sounds like a good idea.. Also have certain leaders lead the city differntly and stuff like if communist took over or something.
