They had this in SSTRP, on the EC community server. It worked nice, except only donors had access to it. A model pack of good IC models worked there. You can really create some nice IC things if you have the mind for it. But it would have to be heavily regulated, i agree. PAC though, would help someone like me, who's characters are more or less Scavvers. So the suits they wear would be very junky looking, and old. Rather then a nice newly made Sunrise suit.
