It would have the factions: Cops, first sons, reapers and dustmen.

OK, if you don't know the story, here's the summery.
City is blowup by this thing the raysfear, a pleg comes and a empire city's in ruins. This guy gets super powers but that's another story.
First Sons: 20s punk guys, the main evil faction in the game its a long story.
Dustmen: Evil Hobos in garbage bags.
Reapers: Infected Junkies
Cops: Do I have to tell you.
Meh. We already have StalkerRP, which is very similar. StalkerRP just has the bonus of mutants, radiation, and crap like that. This sounds like StalkerRP but with less... stuff. No mutants, no anomalies, just a bunch of people in a city fighting for control.
You didn't exactly develop the idea or anything, either. We need more than 'hey guys, let's do inFAMOUS RP'.

But, there's only so meny rp types, plus what made HGN well Known
Without models a roleplay will fail. Simple as that.
I will add to the fact that inFamous would be a good roleplay idea, it is original, and it doesn't seem as mingy as SRP.
i think i speak for up all when i say this idea is a pack of pig shit. Do not continue with this project because i am sure everyone will thoughly ignore it.
