A city, with lots of crime, super villains are coming, but the heroes are ready.
If this idea comes threw I think, it would be best to put a app for super people. maybe just like 5 heroes and villains, maybe donate or admin idk. but I do want first dibs on hero.
Seems like it would be really boring for the non-hero/villain players who would basically be powerless to do anything other than be saved/molested by the heroes/villains.

There would be cops and gangs, not just supers.
Still seems to me like it would suck to be a normal. Yeah there'd be cops and gangs but the second a superhero or villain showed up you'd basically be out of the picture.

It is a good gamemode idea, but not a good roleplay idea.
