Had a web comic Idea a while back that could be made into a rp. It would take place in a surface city say some time in future where WWIII has already happened and the civilazations that were left came together to form one large city and a large underground city right under it.The surface part became known as Euphoria because most of its people are the wealthy and live off the best drugs and life style can buy while the under city Minloria which housed the working class people had to live along side the mutated people that live from the war which became called Teareaions, their bodys had been altered to a point where their eyes would glow and would range from 6'0'' to 7'8'' average. They are used as heavy laborers in the under and over city. With the over and under city so full of surviors of the war, crime started fast and became organized forming the Black Moons, a organzation with its own black market and small army of men that make the undercity people suffer from having to pay the Black moons for "Protection."
While the main citys hold so many people a greater threat still lingers in what used to be old east Europe where the the war tore into the earth and the after effects affected the regions turning them into a hell on earth. these lands hold a Dark force growing in power. Mutants so altered that there is no trace of what they might have been but still having some intellect, they were nicknamed "Demons" for their brutal nature. But the worst part about this threat is it is a organized force, one that seeks to turn the whole world to hell.
The first force of the "Demons" crossed the seas some months ago making their way inwards to the center of the country where the Great citys lay. The first wave has already attacked some of the minor cities and settlements along the east coast and the only city left before the great cities is Freiburg. A rather large human trade and military outpost because of its defences. The only defence left for the humans of the great cities are what was left of the armys that came together at the end of the war. Though not as large as the armys that fought in the war there was enough to help establish order and enforce the law of the counsle.

You do realise that Slavic people can drink much more vodka than western europeans? STALKER already taught us that vodka lowers radiation.
