I'm going to be going through all the factions and checking for activity. Lack of faction activity means lack of things to do for wasters which means lack of activity on the server as a whole. At least, that's what I've seen from experience.
Activity is slowly picking up now that summer. Good hours to get online start around 6:00PM to 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time. That's when most of our players are awake and looking to RP. If there's no activity when you look at the server, just poke a few friends to bring them with you. That's how other RP servers get up for the day.
