Rillan's Refuge

Information:
Rillan's Refuge is a town that was made by New Haven. Now that the military outpost is expanding and doing a pretty steady job, instead of having wastelanders hang out in the front Military Outpost they will make a town dedicated for wastelanders comfort. The town has a brick wall running through the perimeter of the town with trailers for traders, homes for paying wastelanders, an outpost for looking through the whole perimeter, and a irrigation system. Rillan's Refuge is also equipped with a head of security in that area to protect from any threats that come forth.


Rules:
1. No stealing
2. No shooting
3. No killing
4. Do not break the peace
5. Do not speak on behalf of New Haven if asked by the Brotherhood
6. Do not start giving orders to people
7. Do not give orders to police officers
