Rules:
1. No killing New Haven members
2. No betrayal (Punishment, being hunted and PK'ed)
3. You must obey orders from commanding officers
4. Don't assign orders to anyone unless you have the right to
5. Don't join the group just to get gear (Automatic ban of New Haven, and IC ban of the town and base)
6. Only New Haven Members are allowed inside the military base unless authorized
