Alright gents, the NCR ranks have been wiped. Most of you all have been demoted to a Pfc. (Private First Class). The reason for this is that we need to be organized with positions (ranks) within the faction. Whoever disapproves of this action, take to Kropfi. He's the one that ordered it. Those that will want to recieve a higher rank within the faction must prove that you can handle a higher position. RP properly, don't screw around, and do your job (Have fun though).
