If you were already updating it would lock your files so you cannot edit them. Try cleaning up the folder or something.

The only issue with the bandits is their fire rate. They are deadly as shit. lol.
It's better than the regular Combine than. An army of combine could be killed off by a handful of rebels.

This is a material path that has the body of a merc on a sunrise suit.
I am putting all the props used in all our maps into the svn. This way map file size will be smaller. and overall will mean downloading less in the near future.
New version of the map has been released. It's in the SVN.

Why did you make the zombies walk like zombies? Its so awkward with a gun
The NPCs with the customizable weapons dont seem to shoot with any SRP weapons they use. Also they drop them after dying, which isn't very good because you cant delete them with a toolgun.

They aren't permanent, but I see nothing wrong with them dropping the guns considering the amount of effort you have to put in order to kill a bandit.

It didn't have it for a brief time and I was very very happy (Cause now controllers wouldn't be STK only) then he fixed it and now you get the eye straining blue.
I believe the bluescreen was fixed to the model. Setting someone's model to a controller will cause it, and setting a controller's model to something else will stop it. Truefax.

Yes. But at the same time I'm willing to bet that having scripted drugs would be like having scripted food. Which is to say completely useless. I personally don't need a script to tell me I am stoned or drunk out of my mind. I can just RP it through /mes perfectly fine.

Fix blowout-safe places.
There is already a ic cigarette box in game. It's up to the players to roleplay using it as a prop. The blowout places are "fixed" The open places are too open to protect you from a blowout.

You say some stalkers smoke? I would think more stalkers would be smokers with danger being present HELL I wouldn't mind the buzz of a cigarette to calm me down after three mutants tried to tickle my balls in my sleep and maybe if I am in a safe environment, some pot would be great.
It would be nice to have things like that as actual items so people could not just /me smokes weed or w/e....Also could get a little drug related rp into the zone
Or it will turn into the food items: no one ever uses them because they are stupidly expensive and offer no benefit over just /meing. Don't use the script to RP for you.

Weed is classified as a mild hallucinogen, and affects memory. And calling people retarded isnt correct, since the last time you were on was a good two months
Have you ever smoked weed in your life? It doesn't make you see things, at least not at all "I take a hit and suddenly I see unicorns and dragons flying around!" which is what a lot of people act like when they RP it.
If you've actually ever smoked a strain that has made you hallucinate I would like to hear the name of said strain. Being from California where dispensaries literally delivery to your house as if they were pizza places I have quite a bit of experience with how it works even if I wouldn't say I was a regular user.

And if you do, than I stick to what I said last, about being glad I bought it before hand.
Is there some chance we could get "simple" Geiger counters aswell? It might get bit hard to obtain some of those advanced detectors (If its because of money or Eco activity.) just to be able to detect radiation.

Yeah your probably right, i might do a pda way instead, i have disabled the radar from picking up humans, it will pickup only npcs.
Yeah I remember in cake script with the radar I'd occasionally see a yellow dot go hella fast across the radar. Basically it used to allow you to see admins flying in observer, (which is a pain in the ass)

If we're going to use Burers it's a requirement we have some sort of underground tunnel area.

Added Antipersonal mines. These mines are invisible and for now will be spawned by admins. If you walk over them you and anything near you will take serious damage and if you survive the mine you will go into a ragdoll state. Mines for now can be activated and deactivated when crouching and pressing E on them.

To note i will be adding a metal detector feature that attaches to the radar to detect these later. I don't expect loners to randomly kit up with this but rather players in factions taking roles. I am sure mines will come in handy for events, hired guides and such.

The mines could be just small, neatly concealed SLAM's. Would be much better this way, because it'd be easier to avoid them.

This command functions along the same lines as the /ar command we had back during the Cakescript 'era'. For those of you unfamiliar with that, here's how it works;
A player can type '/plyReport Text', replacing 'text' with their desired message of course, and it will be sent directly to all administrators currently on the server. It's used as a quick method of requesting whitelists, reporting problems, and just getting assistance in general.
