I would like to request all scribes begin to focus on the elements of Plasma, it has come to my attention that the Elder and myself have a intrest in such elements.

What I desire is the elements used to make Plasma.
If Plasma can have any medical effects. No Medical effects
How the Fusion cells react against the raw Plasma and prime it for firing.
The effects of a Over charged cell in a Plasma rifle.
The matter replaced from a decisive hit on a object or person, I want to know what is left behind.
I want the Scribes to then work closely with the Knights to try replicate any Plasma weapons, note this will be the final task.

Understand all above tasks from the bottom may change, we may even introduce more tasks before the last.  Steel be with you fellow Scribes.

Senior Scribe Koldin, I would request you select a project from what I have mentioned.   One of the tasks avaliable.  I'd suggest you trying to discover the elements that reside within' plasma.   Please collect the avaliable samples that reside in my lab.  You may use the terminal to access the Codex's storage of information regarding pre-war sciences if it assists you.  Please note, all scribes are permitted to access the Codex freely.  Editing the codex requires my authority, for now report your findings here.  I'll see about granting you assistance, for now if you require anything from the wasteland that we do not have in our possession, request an Senior Paladin or above to lead a patrol in hopes of finding what you need.

I've been experimenting with the plasma on any possible uses it could have in the medical sciences. As it would turn out, the energy itself which is what we have is not of any good uses. It simply is to unstable to use and burns instantly through flesh and in most cases, armor. I've already tried using it and it proved to be more fatal than helpful. However, I have concluded its uses in combat, even though thats not my area of expertise.

It seems that it can melt away the exterior of any armor, that including our own T-45's. It breaks down the compounds and molecules that bind it together and melt them away. Within 2 - 3 shots the plasma burns a hole into the armor and will begin to burn through the chest of a human skeleton. The reaction of even one shot is enough to continue burning a hole until it reaches vital organs and eventually kills you.

To conclude, Not many uses for medical, More useful for combat. If you wish for a more detailed report on my experiments, please speak to me about it. I'll gladly hand over my notes.

Very good Jade, I'll have your finding noted into the Codex so the future may benefit.  I'd like you to look into the elements inside Plasma so we may have a chance of replicating the technology as it seems useful for the Paladins.

Scribes, can you do me a favor? One of my Knights is using a salvaged suit of T-45D. I want you guys to get it working again. Take the armor and reconstruct a suit using the various spare parts we have. Hell, see if you want to add any experimental doo-hickies while you're at it. May as well. Elder has been thinking about letting Senior Knights use the T-45D.

We can handle that, the model is T-45D and is easily repaired.  He'll require some new additions and a paint job.  Sadly we're out of servo motors.  We'll need the Paladins to acquire some.

The research conducted on the Elements of Plasma is now complete, I'd like to request additional Scribes and confirmation to replicate weaponry for Brotherhood use and further testing. 

Begining research into the Enclave, specifically the Power Armor.  I'll be requiring the assistance of Senior Paladin Titus and Head Paladin Elizabeth for testing and development.
