Vault RP
-The vault is a bustle of activity. The vault-dwellers go on their assigned jobs and do what they are trained to do. For those who have finished their work, or for those lazy ones, spending time in the cafe is a great pastime for the social vault-dwellers. About four or five vault citizens spend their time in the cafe, eating and conversing with their friends without a care in the world.-
Theodore Sterling, the total image of what a the coolest fellow in the 1940s would have tried to be, stands across from the counter fixing up his hair in the most correct way possible using a hand mirror in his right hand, and a tiny comb in his left. Painstakingly adjusting the fold of his hair.

I figured I'd do it for the people who only had Vault Characters. Since the low number of vault characters I put it here so they would actually see it. I know that thread exist. If you actually have a problem with this being here, Then say it.
