IC Report - Pfc. Vere Hetfield

Pfc. Vere Hetfield,

       Today, I was out on patrol another trooper, forgot his name, but his rank was, Private First Class. We were patroling the main road leading to Vegas, and we saw these black, power-armored suited men as we now know as, "The Enclave". We were watching them for quite some time until a wastelander decided to move towards them. Suddenly, a sentry bot popped up from the Enclave's base, and intercepted the wastelander. We were too far away to hear the conversation, but seconds later, the wastelander was gunned down with high-tech enegry weaponry. Of cousre we did not interfere with the conflict, thus it would be too risky, but from this scene, I now know this "Enclave" is hostile towards wastelanders in my opinion. After the shooting, both the private and I went to the wasters body and buried him. His wounds were severe, and unlike any I have seen before. The energy weapons look pretty powerful from my point of view and can cause a lot of damage. Hell, it only took a couple blasts from those things to take this man down.
