Kinda hard to do this when there's probably zero supplies to do so. And the only trader is a NCR guy who has some ridiculous prices.

The reason there are no trader applications it's cause sadly HGN doesn't know maths :(

They really should ask Mr. Pink. He was a Trader for a brief period until I became one in Arlington. And since now I will be running Arlington I am gonna need to be able to trade until you know, get some caps.
