Like the Enclave, I'm suggesting something to keep you guys busy in passive RP. Plus it'll be an income of food.

Make a playerbased group and assign someone to oversee the farm. People can roleplay maintaining the farm, planting various seeds to grow crops to harvest down the road. Watering, fertilizing, killing weeds, trimming dead ends, you get the idea. This would be the civilian-based part of the NCR so Mr. Pink would spearhead it.
