Rather than recruiting from the bottom up, we'll be doing it top-down this time so apply early, but mind you apps will be quite selective on my part.
When the top-most positions are filled we'll work our way down. Reason being last time it was a big mess commanding troops, and I want it to be dramatically more organized by following the chain of command.
Additional note: If I can't find someone I feel capable enough to handle the position of Head Paladin, Head Knight, and Head Scribe right away, what I'll do instead is make temporary characters where needed until the positions are filled.
