In my opinion It shouldn't count for the snipers, since its accuracy is high, and you might be in a hiding spot or w/e sniping a target in the head, instead sniping like 2 inches away from his head on purpose.
I think that snipers would have to rp it such as
/me takes aim at
's head, and shoots
During firefights this would take time and if they are in the way of crossfire they would be in danger, just like in real life. Also, only responsible people should have snipers or big guns like the G36.
