Waking up is always the hardest part, that deep sleep, eyes slowly opening and that pounding headache as blood flows to your head. The suddern rush giving a bright light in your eyes or maybe that's just the glare of the first glance at light for some time. I used to wonder how this all came to be, humans in space and all, but well things change and we either change or we roll over and die like a water snake in a sand dune.

It's hard to describe Terra-B, in a nutshell it's a collective of various thoughts and idea's of mine. An alternative world, to try and make you understand ill use some references to anime\games\movies with a brief description for which part bellow.

• Cowboy Bebop: Sound\Music Style, that spark of jazz and flare.
• Borderlands: Music.
• Code Geass: Mech's used for soldiers and such.
• Mass Effect: The kinda feel, the unique alien races.
• City Roleplay Type: You have your usual, Governers, police force, bounty hunters, jobs people are running, corporations looking for that bit of money gain. Citizen roleplay is at the heart however. Essentially it's like an enhanced hl2rp without all the boring shit.

Question and Answer:
[spoiler]So, who's running mars?
Mars is split into several different governing bodys around the planet, overall there's a council made up of those districts which decide on laws and such instead of a actual president. However there's a mayor system for cities\towns.

Mech's?

The police\army\industry use mech's for military and industrial use. There's various types of mech's with a wide range of weapons\tools at their disposal. They are not invincible, they don't have shields reflect bullets, it's essentially a large exo suit. They are refered to as Mecha, Mechs and various other slang word, there are various tiers with different names and a huge variety of models. The most known class are those called Obion, famous for being used by the elite although are hugely expensive and not commercial, they are used by special units and royal guard units.

Royal?

Mars is essentially free of monarchy however earth and other planets are not. Sometimes royality from various countries on earth, other planets or other alien races visit. All with their own titles\names. It's not really an important aspect of gameplay but more so just a interesting aspect to know.

Terra-B name?

Terra-B stands for Terra-Blues, it's shortened to Terra B, as a form of code, but in respect o Cowboy bebop.

Factions?

Preset is not the goal of Terra-B. It's very much a open world with a huge range of possibilities. A player can roleplay as such and fall into such groups as they wish. It's essentially a Scifi City Roleplay with much more going for it.

Mars Planetary Federation (MPF): The military on Mars. This is made up of several different departments, the Mars police force is one such department.

Mars News Network (MNN): A news network used to talk to the people.[/spoiler]

Note, this is a idea i have had, i may or may not act upon it.
