"Rambo" STALKERS/Rookies

For a while now the Military has been getting shot at from Rookies/STALKERs randomly. As in, every time we go out on patrol someone always wants to start some shit by taking potshots at us, or we'll get the occasional Rookie/'Merc" who would run up to our base. Let me make this clear, IF ROOKIES ATTACK US "Rambo" STYLE WE HAVE STK NO GR AUTH'S ON THEM. This also goes for people who walk up to our base. If you walk up to our base and say some stupid shit like "Herp derp I want to help you by being a Mili-merc!" No, this won't happen there will be NO Military mercs AT ALL. Please, make this easier on yourself and us by not being a complete asshat and trying to kill all of us. Bottom line, you don't bother us, we don't bother you.
