1.) Well since there is a huge amount of inactivity we are going to have a Roster Wipe. I need you o post here if you are active and you will not have to re-apply. Otherwise you will have to.
2.) Also we are going to stop the Checkpoint RP it has proven to just cause DM and we do not have the current man power to even run one. For now on we will be making actual Military Outpost where we will RP passively and if needed we will Attack other Factions.
3.) We are now going to become isolationist. Our alliance with Duty has proven that Military cannot ally with anyone because then that Faction becomes to powerful. BUT do not just randomly attack another faction because if you do I will kick you out.
4.) All Military members will begin receiving "Pay Checks" from me in game. The more active you are the more you will get. You are allowed to spend this money however you like but remember to keep some so you can hire loners and mercs. Also please use our Warrant Officer to buy any weapons and suits as he will give you a very nice discount.
5.) We have a sort of "Open Door" policy when it comes to loners. Charge them 5 RU to get into the base and then allow them to roam around at will. They are not allowed to have guns out in base or they will be shot also they will not go near my Office or the Barracks.
6.) Remember that Loners are a great source of "meat shields" they can be very useful for recon and attack because you never know who hired them. After they have done a few missions for us ask them if they would like to become a recruit and then they begin that process.
7.) Remember, we are not happy to be here but we were sent here because we were some of the best the Ukrainian Military had to offer. If a S.T.A.L.K.E.R gives you shit beat the fuck out of him and if he tells you to Fuck off and walks into our base our a restricted area Shoot him. We do not take shit from anybody. NO MATTER WHAT.
8.)Feel free to develop your characters however you like. If you want ot be a medic go ahead and RP that. A Sniper? Sure. Cook? Why the hell not. I am not putting any restrictions to how you want to RP your Military character except for what is below.
9.) One last thing, we have a new image now. We are the 282nd "Deaths Glory" one of the best regiments in the Ukrainian Military. Renowned for there tenacity and will to fight they are a very close and tight knit "family" they all think of each other as brothers and will defend there brothers to the end. Everyone one of them lives by there Regiments motto "Death Before Dishonor"

Yes, no mulit-factioning.
its illegal to have ANY characters in two factions. you have one faction that's it.
Depends what faction.. some are counted as sub factions, such as trader or Eco.
Promotions have been had. Go look at the roster and enjoy your new ranks.
