Lately, Ive been thinking about moving on from what i was so dedicated to for long time. Not because its a good community, it is.

For those who don't know, i lost my Admin today.

Its just, I work so hard on trying to make the server better, and then i get pinned with "Running away" And from what Rohok said to Locke, also NOT dedicated and NOT active. So I'm a bit confused. I didn't run away when Reece showed up saying he wasn't ban. I banned him, I deal with every problem that I come across. I still find myself clueless to why any of what has happened, HAPPENED.

So really it depends on what you guys feel I should do. Cause HONESTLY I never thought about being admin till silver asked if i wanted it, ya'know give something back to the community. But seeing as i cant do that right (apparently) I guess I'm just not right to be here then.

You can't teach somebody to be a leader. It comes naturally. Sorry bud, it was made very clear, we even talked to you. The fact that Silver had to talk to you on numerous occasions proves to me that you weren't willing to learn, and this whole drama ordeal you started because of a simple raid just reinforced our opinion on you as an admin.

We all agreed, and you were removed, but not banned from the community. You're free to stay if you choose.

::EDIT:: However, cause anymore drama over this, and we will have to take action. This is your only warning. Threads like these only cause drama. I never said you weren't active, either, Tun. I just said you didn't know how to solve problems. From what I've seen, all you do is run away from it. You cry, complain, and run to Silver for back up. He's defended you for too long, and now it's time to take action. We can't have people on our admin team who aren't mature enough to handle things properly.

We want a mature, professional, and diverse admin team. We just had a big long discussion with you about this, and I've asked you all to not take things like this public. These issues we are having are best left private, between each other. The community does not need this. I'm not censoring you, I'm just stating that problems between players are best left solved in private, and not brought into the open so problems get started.

There are many ways i could deal with this. One being the need of A) a new HDD or the required Low format to the current hard drive.
