You need to get authorizations for the following, from Lead Admins or the SRP Department Head (Unless consented to by the person you want to do it to):
Permanent kills
Permanent injuries
Use of Vehicles (And stealing vehicles)
Anything to obtain information from a static prop (Hacking a computer, searching a computer, setting up cameras, bugging a phone, etc)
Using the ignite tool for anything (I will approve this on some occasions, but if not kept in check, it could lag the server)

If you wish to inflict any kind of permanent injury/kill on another player in the server, you require:
Either the player's consent.
Or the authorizations from TWO Lead Admins or the SRP Department Head.
If acquiring it from admins, you must write up a two paragraph (5 sentences each) reason as to why you want to kill/injure the person permanently. You must detail it out word for word, and any mistakes will hinder your chances of gaining the authorization.
Once acquired an authorization, a Server Admin must be present at the time of the perma kill. Not a TA, but an SA (Server Admin), LA (Lead Admin), STDA (SRP Department Head).
Lead Admins and the SRP Department Head also reserve the right to PK, PI, TI, or TK any members of their choosing for any reason at all. So don't be stupid in combat situations. You'll never know what mood we're in that day.
The SRP Department Head also reserves the right to appeal any PK, PI, TI, or TK authorized by the Lead Admins for any reason at all, and with the support of the rest of the Lead Admins, they may appeal any PK, PI, TI, or TK authorized by the SRP Department Head.
Faction leaders cannot be PK'ed without consent from the faction leader himself. This applies to only the official factions with sub-forums. This is due to OOC reasons.
