If they have not applied, and are not on the roster, they do NOT get tool trust. I don't care if they're part of your faction or not. Add them to the TT roster with steam IDs before giving them ANYTHING. Failure to do this will result in your admin being removing from the STALKER Role Play server!

I remember some assclown on the server tricked me into givin him TT, and then I banned him for a million years.

If i see anyone that shouldn't have TT i take it away
