Suggestions:
Weapon Pickup:
Since weapons are scarce in the Fallout world, random weapon spawns... now i know we are already probably doing this, but i mean more than one spawn. Because i know their are more people than me that don't want to look around the whole server for one gun, find that it has glitched, fiddle with it for 15 minutes, pick it up, then have to go find another all the way across the map.
Group radio system:
No more of using /radio *D* or *Mili*, a separate radio system for separate flags.
Artifact Spawn:
to make things interesting, a rare artifact spawns once a week or two. hard to find as well.

Interesting Enough, trouble is with the radio system, is that if you split em up, it may kill the rp side, good for dm modes, not so good for rp?

Depends on how you mean the DM factor, if the spawns are scarce, and at one of twenty random locales.
Why Artifacts? Fallout 3 doesn't have Artifacts..
