Mine would be a modern day street gang MMO. It has local voice chat and good graphics. It is not laggy, and is completely based on player skill. No levels/unlocks. The point is to be the richest, most powerful player possible, gangs can be formed in-game or over a SF like system.
The world has been blown to hell by a nuclear war. The entire earth is riddled with radiation. You must survive. Everything is destructible, huge freaking map w/ no loading screens, full of players who can befriends you or fight you. Teaming with endless things to do, a massive arsenal of different weapons that you can collect with different variations. Oh, it has to be an MMOFPSRPG and as realistic as possible.
