Class: Chaos Magus - A master of both light and dark magics who also dabbles into swordsmanship for close range. Will always try to use magic when able and only result to swords when he's forced into close range.

Basic Literacy: Yes

Proficiencies
Weapons: Most non-elemental spells and swords
Armor: Little to none
Items: Anything that improves maneuverability including specter boots and hookshots

Restrictions
Weapons: Bows and guns, his aim with them is comparable to a monkey's
Armor: Heavy armors, if it restricts his movements then he won't use it
Items: Anything seen as non-essential he won't use: shields and other bulky objects

Special Equipment
Riageki's sword - A Night's Edge that Riageki, whom was Matter's mentor, possessed before he was very brutally murdered in front of Matter (who was forced to watch the whole thing).

Abilitys
Advanced regeneration - When Matter is injured his body reacts much faster than a human's body would and starts to literally stitch it's self back together and most injuries will be healed within the day.
Light magic - Light magic is literally what it sounds like, magic that controls and manipulates light. Matter can do most things from controlling the simple color of light to focusing it into a concentrated ball and using it as a projectile to fight with. For the most part though light magic is thought to be the "good" side of magic.
Dark magic - Dark magic is the polar opposite form of Light magic and controls and manipulates darkness. Matter is much more powerful with dark magic than what is normally obtainable through non-taboo methods. This leads many to believe that Matter has some kind of demonic influence though nothing substantial has ever been proven. Dark magic can be used for things such as stealthing with shadows or creating a concentrated burst of destructive darkness.
Chaos shift - If Matter's body is destroyed down to where his regeneration ability can no longer help him it will undergo a metamorphosis of sorts and selects a race nearby at random and he shifts to the point where he's indistinguishable from that race and giving him a sort of new life though he maintains most of his previous knowledge and magical ability.

Weakness

• Chaotic - Matter can basically be described as bi-polar. His personality, likes, and dislikes can change at any moment.
• Racial weakness - Depending on what race he currently is he inherits all of their limitations and weaknesses which can be quite detrimental sometime.
• Family ties - Matter has a few people he considers part of his "family" and will do anything in his power to see that they are safe.

Backstory - It's quite long
Originally Matter was just like any other ordinary human, but through a string of events he's been changed so much his blood is a chaotic mess and thus a chaos elemental was born. After first arriving he was nearly immediately changed to a vampire which he stayed as for quite some time before he ended up dying. A month or so passed before he was mysteriously resurrected with amnesia and ended up in the care of an elder wizard who taught him powerful magic. Matter ended up meeting Tsuki another pupil of the wizard's at the time as well. Eventually Matter discovered a aptitude with both light and dark magics and was placed as the teacher of dark magics when the mage's school was erected. He ended up spending quite a long time there before he moved on. He eventually found somewhere new to call home but was changed drastically when and alien symbiote managed it's way into his bloodstream and started feeding off his emotions and magic energy. It gained enough power to finally manage to become a separate entity know as Nemis, though the process Matter ended up losing almost every ounce of blood and was luckily saved by a friendly vampire mage who transfused him using Tsuki's blood. Once again Matter was a new race but still had small traces from everything before. Then he ended up on his own, traveling the world and gaining the title "changeling" by many villages due to the constant change of race that was forced on him nearly everywhere he went. Eventually he found the current Caphori, but in his travels he had gained a mastery of dark and demonic magics that couldn't be explained by anyone and he seemed completely human now except for his very vivid purple eyes. He found Tsuki again and started making friends with the new inhabitants of Caphori and eventually was elected as Lord of Capori. There he stayed until the chaos in him grew to a new high and he started to change yet again...
