Chapter 9: Terael

Since the Eclipse, four strange beasts have terrorized the landscape. And with the reduction in the Kingdom's forces, it fell upon the heroes to deal with them.

So began the beast hunt:

A hellish hound cloaked in a fiery mane near Yarin.

A giant bear with skin as hard as stone stalking Melba.

A massive hawk with powerful wings flying over the skies of Orn.

A drake of frost reigning over Aitha's frozen port.

One by one, each beast was slain, each releasing a spirit that cryptically thanks its slayers, and urging them to continue on the hunts. And when the final one fell, the four spirits joined into a being known as Terael.

Terael proclaimed himself to be a Primordial; specifically the Angel of Nature.

This proclamation came as a surprise to all who witnessed it, but hit power left no doubt. He is sure to be a powerful ally in the future.
