Some beta gamemode out now, basically a remake of Fallout. Not a RP script though, not atleast. Theres leveling and stuff, so its more suited for a RPG.
Also, its server-oriented and meant for multiplayer.
Erm.. this has been out for awhile now; you're a bit late. ..I've never played it, but it looks outstanding.

Also I played that mod for a while with Akira and Romka if I remember correctly, it's a good mod, give it a shot.

I have played it, it's a good recreation of the fallout hud and various features. But it's not roleplay and no one plays it because it's rather... shallow and gets boring fast. In the real fallout universe of rpg'ing theres much more to explore than on the atomic map.
Yes I know that, but on another note, any fallout game is boring as hell. Besides 1 and 2.+
