Still disconcerted. Just wanted to make it clear/bump.
Two things:
1 Freecities is under new leadership, and can be found in their new city of Haven.
2. this post is outdated, and I will update it eventually.
3. the new city of Haven is currently under construction, if you would like to help, please come on by.
also, just as the DEAP city was built with gilmmars texture pack in mind, I have a pack I just edited. Try it out, it makes the town look much better :) Just download the attachment and throw the zip in your texture pack folder.
