Safe zones and wilderness

Greetings admins

On the RP server i would like to ask for a favour if possibel. Around the new town/city (Kargate.) are there a bunch of safe zones which makes it impossibel to build. By any chance that those areas could be turned from safe zones to wilderness, so we will be able to build?
