I vote for monarchy cuz it has sum votes but, guild council was my first choice.

Whoa whoa! I had and have always voted democracy but my vote has swapped to monarchy and monarchy is something me no wanty. So can you count one monarchy vote as a democracy one please or swap it round somehow.
