Quick question (HELP)

I was just on the server for about 3min an i was in the old empire HQ (Flavator made) its all moss cobble now an theres craters an its pretty far from spawn ,  is there a chance that since i left the server there like a month ago an now that im back im being affected by the  2000k block limit as in im  out side of it ? because i cant get into the server now ... (Connection refused : failed to connect to server)


an if that is the problem is there anyway to fix it ? like idk ban me than unban me ? would that put me back at spawn with nothing? cause seeing how i cant get in , i cant die than re-spawn back ... pretty puzzling lol


or im just a fuckin idiot an Last Exile just shut the server down for what ever reason ....
