Engineer's Enlighting Sight: When looking at a machine or contraption, he is able to see in his mind every piece that was used to make that object. If he focuses on the object for 30 seconds, he can see this. Using ability, Romlin can reverse engineer any purely mechanical non-magical device and print its schematics on a specially made sheet of parchment. The schematic will last for two weeds or until dispelled.

Brainstorm: If ever confronted with an error in blueprints or designs, Romlin's mind can unlock or determine the necessary modifications in mere seconds. Depending on the complexity of the design and the severeness of the error, this can take between 10 minutes and 24 hours.

Brae's Blade: Romlin has designed, which his brother has made, a dagger that can retract from its handle to a length of Romlins choice, its furthest being that of a large dagger. This is controlled by a string tied around the ring fingerr. It is made of a strong corundium metal that keeps the sharpest edge possible, but is prone to breaking. Romlin has to inspect and temper the blade after each usage, else it will snap after five or six attacks. (Does not count missed attacks)

Freezing Living/Non-Living Things - He can either touch or think of an object or being to be frozen and it will be. But living beings, such as humans, will not be affected by just thought, they must be touched before starting to freeze. Other non-living objects, including plants, can be frozen by thought. Although it takes more concentration to freeze objects by thought, than touching them.


Ice Armour - A thick sheet of cold ice covers his body making him covered in an amour like, ice suit. This armour can be melted by fire or chipped away by swords, but will take time to do so. It will take much time in energy to form the armour before it is ready for use.


Ice Spikes - Large, sharp spikes emit from his hands, firing at the target. These can also be launched from the ground or from rain drops that he has frozen. These large, sharp can also cover his arms, creating weapons. The large the spike, the more energy it takes to create them.


Ice bomb - A small or large sphere of ice is thrown out by him. It explodes on his command, either launching out a thick cloud of snow, or small, sharp ice spikes firing into different directions. Depending on the size of the sphere is how much energy it takes to create an ice bomb.


Potions - Caiden can create an assortments of potions for different pains, sicknesses, and diseases to either help them or cure them. He can also create deadly potions such as acid, poison, or even a gas like substance that hurts a target's eyes. The more complex the potion, the more time he needs to create it.

Innovative Mind:Being as how the army Valgard is in is small he is constantly thinking of ways for small groups of many to kill More men quickly, this has lead to inventions like his repeating ballista.
Alchemy:
Potion of Healing-A very basic potion that when applyd to an area of the body heals that area in about a week.
"Valgards Venom"- when apply'd to either blade, arrow, bottle, or larger equipment round it will slowly poison the foe and kill them by at least the end of the day.
"The Freezer"-a bottle full of a special liquid that when apply'd quickly splashes everywhere then freezes all metal this can stop anyone with armor, a gun, or a cannon from using it.

Intrinsic Fingers: He has extraordinary hand to eye co-ordination, letting him create very delicate and fragile machine parts, though this co-ordination does not extend to his feet.

Trajectory Eye: He can workout trajectories in an instant, though his ability to act upon this is often lacking.



Welding whizz: Machines and contraptions made of metal are made twice as fast compared to normal engineers, though wooden machines take three times as long to make compared to normal engineers.

This ritual requires the use of talismans and the drawing of an appropriate sigil in pig's or human blood, alongside the usual chanting and/or meditation in a ritual. Casting time varies, with a minimum of five minutes for operations involving minor supernatural creatures and increasing by roughly ten minutes to access higher levels of creatures, ten for each tier.
The tiers of creature are as follows:
Minor < Lesser < Intermediary < Greater < Major

Intermediary represents the point at which a creature is considered equal to a human, in both mental and physical faculties.

All of these creatures can be sorted into the following groups, each having a particular weakness:

Elementals, Agathodemons (Celestials), Cacodemons (Infernals), Djinns (Astrals), Phantasms (Ghosts) and Fey (Faeries)

Elemental Orb: The caster summons a ball comprised of a single element or quasi-element, which can be hurled at a target.

sDominate: The caster ensorcells his target, leaving them docile and vulnerable to suggestions. Has decreased effect on those with mental defences.

Domineering: Adraman can fully control his willing slaves and even cast his spells through them, provided they have the required constitution to withstand such a thing. Circle Magic: The caster can drain the energy of willing servants to increase the power of his spells or to fully replenish the amount of casts of any cantrip. Subjects must stand in a circle drawn in chalk, blood or salt to intiate this process. The subject must be willing or incapacitated

Familiar: Adraman possesses a familiar, an imp named Herkell who is constantly by his side. Herkel is capable of launching small, relatively harmless bolts of hellfire, flight, invisibility and can disguise himself as an animal or vermin of his size.

Homonculus: The caster creates a figure of wax or clay, and uses magic to animate it. Homonculi vary in size and shape, but are always roughly humanoid and possess the strength of a physically fit human. Most Haemonculi are are shorter than 3 feet tall.

Enchant item: The caster can imbue an item with one of many mystical qualities, more powerful enchantments requiring more effort.

Petrify: The caster fires a thin beam which turns the target to stone, freezing them in place for an hour. Can only be used five times a day and not in succession.

Disintegrate: The caster fires a ray which tears and warps the flesh of a living target, causing immense pain and horrifying injuries. Can only be used thrice per day. Any injury or pain imposed on the target will be imposed on the caster as well.

Conjure Object: The caster conjures a common, earthly object. The object cannot be food, and cannot be larger than an average human. Spell can only be used twice a day.Conjuring an object in this way does not create the object, it merely teleports it from whence it once was.

A comparably small island, Elmphore, would normally be overlooked in historical records. Yet one simple irregularity has given this unassuming island a resounding biological, magical and historical impact.
            Originally inhabited by Dwarves after the First Cataclysm, the town of Cradlerock was soon taken over by human kind. The Dwarves retreated into a magnificent underground city and the humans populated another town, Viosk. The two towns survived in friendly competition for centuries, until shortly after The Library was founded in Viosk.
            Many rumours accuse The Library for what was to follow. A great and mysterious plague swept across the island. Many died and even more were 'turned'. Cradlerock was soon declared to be totally infected. The inflicted individuals experienced a boost in regenerative and physical powers, and a form of allergy to water (apparently they seemed to 'burn' upon contact with water). Some suggest the infected had a 'hive mind' of sorts, others that the infected called the Welden to their aid, but the power of The Library's founder, whose name has been lost, destroyed the will of the great wooden giants. The Church of Aolmarch resisted at first but the efforts of Magnus Schering were stopped upon his own infection.
            Along with the plague, now called 'The Bleeding Tide' came a desolation of the island itself. Trees turned to stone, their leaves to ash. Earth turned to stone and gravel. Water boiled and soon became molten rock. Nothing grew; nothing survived the unstoppable spread of this blight. The infected Cradlerock fought to destroy the quarantined townsfolk of Viosk; while the Welden, now alone, fought against the desolation. Even as The Bleeding Tide extinguished itself in the rain, the few remaining Welden fled, distraught at the loss of more of their kind; and the people of both Cradlerock and Viosk perished or fled soon after. Even the Dwarven city was wiped of all inhabitants, though whether they escaped is unknown.
Elmphore to this day is little more than a wasteland full of barbarians and forgotten secrets. The Plague has not again reared its head on the isle but few dare go there at the risk of their own infection. The bleached skeletons of all races lie where they fell even now. Archaeologists still search for how The Bleeding Tide started and where the desolation began; it was these historians who renamed Elmphore. The Infected Isle.

Planar gate: This spell links dimensions that exist beyond the world we know. This ritual allows binding, conjuration, banishment and exorcism of supernatural creatures in both physical and non-physical form. This ritual requires the use of talismans and the drawing of an appropriate sigil in pig's or human blood, alongside the usual chanting and/or meditation in a ritual. Casting time varies, with a minimum of five minutes for operations involving minor supernatural creatures and increasing by roughly ten minutes to access higher levels of creatures, ten for each tier.
The tiers of creature are as follows:
Minor < Lesser < Intermediary < Greater < Major

Intermediary represents the point at which a creature is considered equal to a human, in both mental and physical faculties.

All of these creatures can be sorted into the following groups, each having a particular weakness:

Elementals, Agathodemons (Celestials), Cacodemons (Infernals), Djinns (Astrals), Phantasms (Ghosts) and Fey (Faeries)

Elemental Orb: The caster summons a ball comprised of a single element or quasi-element, which can be hurled at a target.

Domineering: Adraman can fully control his willing slaves and even cast his spells through them, provided they have the required constitution to withstand such a thing. While this ability is in use, Adraman can see through the slave's eyes, hear the slave's thoughts and controls the slave's body utterly. When in use, the caster can even halt involuntary actions, such as heartbeats, blinking and breathing. If the slave were to die while possessed, Adraman's spirit will be lost to the Ether for a time between a day and a year, depending on the severity of the death. If his body is not maintained while in this ethereal state, Adraman will be trapped in the ethereal world.

Circle Magic: The caster can drain the energy of willing servants to increase the power of his spells or to fully replenish the amount of casts of any cantrip. Subjects must stand in a circle drawn in chalk, blood or salt to intiate this process. The subject must be willing or incapacitated

Familiar: Adraman possesses a familiar, an imp named Herkell who is constantly by his side. Herkel is capable of launching small, relatively harmless bolts of hellfire, flight, invisibility and can disguise himself as an animal or vermin of his size.

Homonculus: The caster creates a figure of wax or clay, and uses magic to animate it. Homonculi vary in size and shape, but are always roughly humanoid and possess the strength of a physically fit human. Most Haemonculi are are shorter than 3 feet tall.

Petrify: The caster fires a thin beam which turns the target to stone, freezing them in place for an hour. Can only be used five times a day and not in succession.

Disintegrate: The caster fires a ray which tears and warps the flesh of a living target, causing immense pain and horrifying injuries. Can only be used thrice per day. Any injury or pain imposed on the target will be imposed on the caster as well.

Conjure Object: The caster conjures a common, earthly object. The object cannot be food, and cannot be larger than an average human. Spell can only be used twice a day.Conjuring an object in this way does not create the object, it merely teleports it from whence it once was.

Ward - The caster conjures a large dome of shimmering force around himself, which is impervious to entirely everything that could possibly be thrown at him. This ability is channeled and if Adraman stops the ritual at any point, the Ward will fall after a short time.

Veteran-A few years back Valgard was a Merc. he was a siege engineer and learned how to make and use many pieces of siege equipment.
Innovative Mind:Being as how the army Valgard is in is small he is constantly thinking of ways for small groups of many to kill More men quickly, this has lead to inventions like his repeating ballista.
Alchemy:
Potion of Healing-A very basic potion that when applyd to an area of the body heals that area in about a week.
"Valgards Venom"- when apply'd to either blade, arrow, bottle, or larger equipment round it will slowly poison the foe and kill them by at least the end of the day.
"The Freezer"-a bottle full of a special liquid that when apply'd quickly splashes everywhere then freezes all metal this can stop anyone with armor, a gun, or a cannon from using it.
