Character's Name: Yagrum Bagarm

Villain Type: Mad scientist
Alignment: Neutral "Free spirit"

Backstory: ( 3 Paragraphs AT LEAST )
Yagrum grew up with a small community of dwarves in the Avjolfesr Mountain after appearing outside the dwarven stronghold with a hooded figure next to him. He had been told by elders that as the dwarves approached the two, the hooded man disappeared in a ball of purple light. When he was unwillingly taken in, it was obvious that he was an engineer in heart as he instantly took a love for the small pieces of machinery the dwarves had. Year after year he grew more and more adept at handling the technology, and even building small things of his own. He had always been more ahead of his group with machines, and was always getting praise from the elders and some of the others in the group, but he mostly got jealously incited bullying from his peers. No matter what people said to him, he never really took any note of it, even when it was praise, he never paid any attention to them and just continued with his tinkering of his various bits of machinery.

Years later, he was drafted into the militia for the dwarves that he lived with, as head engineer, and almost immediately after the hold was attacked by rival dwarves. This was Yagrum's first taste or real combat hand to hand with people that actually wanted to kill him. The rival clan was pushed away, turning out being a small strike group, yet many of the dwarves were badly wounded including Yagrum. During the time it took for them to recuperate, the leaders held a meeting and decided it was in their best interests to relocate the clan, knowing that the rival clan that just attacked has strong standing with the others, and will soon gather many more to attack.

Instead of returning to oversee the final stages of the defences he was instructed to create for the stronghold, he was sent to scout out the valley to the north of the stronghold checking that it was clear of any other clans that may be waiting to ambush the dwarves as they left. As it was the middle of the night, he stopped in a small cavern for the night. It can't have been more than an hour before he was awoken by loud footsteps and shouting outside the cavern. Quickly turning out the torch next to him he froze and gazed out of the mouth of the cave, waiting to see what would drift over it. The ground shook as a massive army of dwarves marched straight past the mouth of the cave, heading south...towards the stronghold. Yagrum knew he couldn't do anything to stop them, as he would be killed instantly and so he just waited. Time slowed as the army marched south, and slowly Yagrum crawled out of the cave and stood on the edge of the valley looking around, and all he could see was war flags, and dwarves with axes. All he could hear was war drums beating the same sound over and over. On both sides of the valley and in the valley itself there were dwarves covering the whole land.  In a trance of both the war drums and the synced marching of the soldiers, he realised that his home was lost.

Turning around and running south, he stumbled down a hill and found the camp that the marching army was using. Quickly scavenging anything useful, he then ran west. He ran for days until he gave up and set up his own camp in the middle of the forest. He has no idea what he would do, or where to go. Wandering around the small hilltop, he sat down by a tree and stared over the forest looking for absolutely anything that could be productive. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a flash of purple light, snapping his head around he quickly jumped up and stepped back a few paces. Out of the bright, but getting progressively duller, ball of purple stood a man with robes on and his hood up. From the stories he had been told and read, he realised that this was the man, or somehow related to the man, who had left him at the dwarven stronghold. The man said no words but just held out his hand and opened it slightly, and out fell a small watch attached to a chain (That was still in his hand, stopping it from falling). Also saying nothing, Yagrum reached for the watch and gently took a hold of it when the man suddenly let go and brought his arm back down to his side in a flash. The purple aura was noticeably duller now, and he said with a ghost like wail "All is gone except the will to be! Time marches on through the endless grey!" And with that, the figure and the glow exploded in a blast of purple, sending a shockwave through the forest. Staggering at the blast, Yagrum looked down at the watch which was now open and glowing slightly. Staring at the clock face in some kind of trance, he was suddenly surrounded in a ball of purple light; much the same of the hooded figure's, apart from Yagrum's was much brighter. In a loud sizzling bang, he felt as if he was being blasted back. After a few seconds of what felt like falling, Yagrum appeared in what looked like a desert, except it was very black, and very cold. After gathering himself, he looked forward and saw a massive circular frame on top of a large platform. Looking at the clock and then back to the frame, it burst into life, sending a blast of blue energy forwards just over his head which then retreated very fast back into the frame. Seeing no other options, he hesitantly walked up to the portal and stood for a few seconds before taking a breath and stepping in.

Once again he was in a totally different place, but this he recognised as a city, with large towers and a palace, slums and all. It took a decade or so to settle in to his new home, he became friends with a well set up trader who allowed him to share his home. Helping out where he could, he eventually got enough money to contract some local masons to build him a tower so that he could move out on his own, feeling that living with an old man was getting awkward and restrictive. He then found his old love again, technology, and began dabbling with it again. After another few years, Yagrum had become almost completely detached from society, apart from the few times a week when he would trade for materials. Realising that he had a power that was solely his, he decided it was time to begin to work towards the first goal he set when he arrived at the city; to find out whom that hooded figure was and why he helped him. But the isolation had driven him to the verge of insanity, and was finding it hard to focus on a task for too long before having to do something else.

anti-age serum: a serum that revitalizes the body of the user, Replenishing Cartilage, regenerating cells at a faster rate and strengthen the brain and memory. The Potion does not effect anything except Aging, upon taking this potion the subject will not age for 20 days. On the 20th day another potion may be consumed to continue the ageless effect, but if a potion is taken before that time the effects are canceled and the user becomes intolerant to the potions effects and if a potion is not consumed on the 20th day then the subject will age until another potion is consumed.
takes roughly 24 hours to prepare

Painkiller: a potion that blocks the reception of pain in certain neurons of the brain when consumed. Thus taking away the pain of injuries, However the subject will not feel of any injury or damage sustained to thier body until the effects die down.

Volatile Corrosive cocktail: A easy-to-make brew of very harmful substances that can be wipped up rather fast. The user throws the vial at a target, upon hitting that target or any hard surface, the vial will bust and splash the chemical onto the things around it. The Cocktail will burn whatever it touches, corroding metal, melting soft materials and other things.

Reenergizer- a purple-blue sweet smelling liquid that when a subject drinks it, they will regain thier stamina and energy. This is the potion equivelant of 12 red bulls and a shot of adrenalin...take at your own risk.

Character Name:Adraman Vextor

Primary Skill:Mana

Skills/Spells:
Planar gate: This spell links dimensions that exist beyond the world we know. This ritual allows binding, conjuration, banishment and exorcism of supernatural creatures in both physical and non-physical form. This ritual requires the use of talismans and the drawing of an appropriate sigil in pig's or human blood, alongside the usual chanting and/or meditation in a ritual. Casting time varies, with a minimum of five minutes for operations involving minor supernatural creatures and increasing by roughly ten minutes to access higher levels of creatures, ten for each tier.
The tiers of creature are as follows:
Minor < Lesser < Intermediary < Greater < Major

Intermediary represents the point at which a creature is considered equal to a human, in both mental and physical faculties.

All of these creatures can be sorted into the following groups, each having a particular weakness:

Elementals, Agathodemons (Celestials), Cacodemons (Infernals), Djinns (Astrals), Phantasms (Ghosts) and Fey (Faeries)

Elemental Orb: The caster summons a ball comprised of a single element or quasi-element, which can be hurled at a target.

Domineering: Adraman can fully control his willing slaves and even cast his spells through them, provided they have the required constitution to withstand such a thing. While this ability is in use, Adraman can see through the slave's eyes, hear the slave's thoughts and controls the slave's body utterly. When in use, the caster can even halt involuntary actions, such as heartbeats, blinking and breathing. If the slave were to die while possessed, Adraman's spirit will be lost to the Ether for a time between a day and a year, depending on the severity of the death. If his body is not maintained while in this ethereal state, Adraman will be trapped in the ethereal world.

Circle Magic: The caster can drain the energy of willing servants to increase the power of his spells or to fully replenish the amount of casts of any cantrip. Subjects must stand in a circle drawn in chalk, blood or salt to intiate this process. The subject must be willing or incapacitated

Familiar: Adraman possesses a familiar, an imp named Herkell who is constantly by his side. Herkel is capable of launching small, relatively harmless bolts of hellfire, flight, invisibility and can disguise himself as an animal or vermin of his size.

Homonculus: The caster creates a figure of wax or clay, and uses magic to animate it. Homonculi vary in size and shape, but are always roughly humanoid and possess the strength of a physically fit human. Most Haemonculi are are shorter than 3 feet tall.

Petrify: The caster fires a thin beam which turns the target to stone, freezing them in place for an hour. Can only be used five times a day and not in succession.

Disintegrate: The caster fires a ray which tears and warps the flesh of a living target, causing immense pain and horrifying injuries. Can only be used thrice per day. Any injury or pain imposed on the target will be imposed on the caster as well.

Conjure Object: The caster conjures a common, earthly object. The object cannot be food, and cannot be larger than an average human. Spell can only be used twice a day.Conjuring an object in this way does not create the object, it merely teleports it from whence it once was.

Ward - The caster conjures a large dome of shimmering force around himself, which is impervious to entirely everything that could possibly be thrown at him. This ability is channeled and if Adraman stops the ritual at any point, the Ward will fall after a short time.

Arcaeomancy

The Grand Magus of Pyrial has studied the arcane for all of his life. From his birth, he was inducted to The Pyrian Academy for Promising Magelings and showed prowess in all schools of magic. When it came time for Elytelos to decide his specialization in the arcane arts, he was the third Mage at the academy to say "All of them" as far as Elven memory could recall. Trained in every art, Elytelos learned the building blocks of every spell. As such, he does not prepare a proverbial bevy of pre-considered cantrips or memorized spells and instead relies on his latent abilities to cast spells.

Mimic - Elytelos, after witnessing a spell, can perfectly reproduce the spell, once. The effects, as long as they are based in Piety or Mana, will be raised to the potency of Elytelos' own casting.

Parody - Combining two witnessed spells into one, Elytelos can manipulate the Aethers to fire a baseball-esque object made of pure energy.

Retention - Elytelos can only store the 'information' and energy. of ten spells at any one time. Elytelos cannot store magic from his own spells.

Character Name: Misé Soundborne

Primary Skill: Guile

Point Distribution:

Skills/Spells:

Audiomancy - With the use of a myriad of Aural devices and a touch of magic, Mise has the innate ability to amplify, suppress, muffle, echo, consume, increase, clarify or add static to any voice, noise, echo or sneeze.

Aural Modulation Dessicator - A forgotten invention of the villainous genius, Dr. Sellafield, the AMD is a back-mounted device that can be easily hidden under the clothes. A lot of the mechanical parts are internalized into the subject who uses the device, the bulk of the device being situated where a person's appendix would go. The device was abandoned by Dr. Sellafield due to the constant need to use magic to enable the device's main functions. The visible parts of the device are a cord of brass plating that travels up the wearer's spine and brass gauntlets around the wearer's wrists. The gauntlets each have a single emitter and the wearer has two more emitters mounted on the top of his shoulders. All of these things can be concealed under warm or thick clothing.

Sonic Condenser - Using the bulk of the Aural devices synchronized with his brain and a sprinkle of magic, Mise is able to store one sound or 1 hour worth of conversation for up to 72 hours within the temporal lobe of his brain. Mise's sonic desiccator is able to withdraw the information stored within his brain using a simple mage-crystal system innovated by the Infamous Dr. Sellafield many years ago.

Compression Blast - Using Audiomancy, Mise is able to cause a sonic boom by forcing the device to undulate at a speed greater than that of sound. Primarily requiring the use of magic, this blast will overload the emitter used to conjure the blast. This power will consume whatever sound Mise has stored within his temporal lobe.

Audiophonal Simulation - Using the built-in audiophones of the AMD, Mise can consume and emit the sound that was stored in his temporal lobe. This sound cannot be manipulated in any way and can only be emitted once. The sound can be thrown, as with a voice, up to 100m.

Cacophony - The AMD can be switched into Emulation mode, where Mise can manipulate it to emit a series of unpleasant nigh-insufferable sounds stored within the device's memory core. The sound waves are so potent that anyone hearing them will suffer damage to their hearing that will persist for an hour. Those who do not go deaf for this hour will undergo an intense agony until the cacophony is stopped or cannot be heard anymore. The cacophony can only fully effect people who can see Mise but can be heard from much further away. This ability will also effect Mise. This power does not consume stored sounds.

Character Name: Laonie Deadeye

Primary Skill: (Bow Assassin/Trapper) Guile

Point Distribution:

Skills/Spells

Trapper's Savant:  Laonie has the knowledge on how to build and set different types of traps, and conceals them to the best of her abilities, although not always successful, they can be passed up by someone who does not pay much attention.

Traps: Pitfalls into simple/complex cave systems.  Dispensers loaded with arrows for hide-out defense.  Roofs opening to drop gravel.  Also, with the knowledge of her traps, she is also able to create hidden doors. (Example: Pressing a hidden button to open up a wall to get to her house/hide-out quicker)

Canine Sight:  Laonie is able to see in the dark, so that she may shoot accurately as though it was plain as day, and sharpened then so she may se thing's further away, although, she did have to give up her ability to see colors.

Shade's Reverie:  Through years of practice and training, Laonie has finally learned to conceal herself in the shadows, although not perfected, it has made her life easier as an assassin.

Arrow of the Shade: As time went on, Laonie wanted the ability to assassinate people in daylight is she has to.  With this, she has sought knowledge from another bowman.  The bowman taught her this skill, which allows her to disquise her arrow, while the arrow is travelling through the air, it will appear as a slim black object flying through the sky.  Ordinary people would dismiss it as a bird or that they were just seeing things.

You show potential.
Edited to raise standards.

You obviously haven't read the source material 1000 times but I don't expect people to memorize that shit.
Point being, you don't seem to need points in Mana. At this point, your distribution is harming more than helping.
If I were to be you, I'd invest everything in either Mana or Genius (Oh, and guile), since the two are USUALLY exclusionary.

200 guile/100 mana or genius would be fine but I'll advise you Mana and Genius cancel each other out unless they're being used by the same person.

Otherwise, I just renamed and reworked some of your powers. They'll basically do the same thing.

I'd like if you detailed the types of traps you could make. You don't have to be encylopediac about it, just be very broad so I know what kind of things you're going to be doing to people.

hakishia

Alrighty, I redistributed my points, and I also accepted the changes to my skills, and I listed traps that Laonie is able to place, if there's anything else, please just let me know.

Why do people put the % stuff on things when they put all their points on Genius or something? I don't understand the difference between the points and the % shizzle. Sorry if it really obvious and I'm being a noob, I just wanted to make a pure genius app sometime.
I literally have nothing to say... that is all.

The percentile value modulates how many point you put into something

100pts => 75% => 75pts
300pts => 50% => 150pts
